– GP-Shift Quickshifter: With this option, your Quickshifter automatically recognizes whether you are shifting in standard or GP-Shift direction – without any additional hardware. To activate GP shifting, simply turn the reversing lever on the shift linkage, always start off in 1st gear and perform the first two shifting operations with the clutch – the quickshifter is then fully functional.

– Pops and bangs: Give your Aprilia RS 660 the final acoustic touches. Thanks to our optimization, we can configure the throttle cut-off individually to your wishes and the setup installed on your RS 660.

– Pit limiter: With this option, you can activate the pit limiter in the race mode of your Aprilia. The desired speed can be set individually and easily activated or deactivated using the cruise control lever – ideal for the pit lanes.

– Warm-up mode: After a cold start, the idling speed automatically increases to approx. 3000 rpm and drops back to the normal level when the cooling water temperature reaches 50 °C – for faster engine warm-up. Perfect for the race track

You can adjust the optimization or mapping directly when ordering according to your wishes. The selection fields are available for this purpose.
When ordering, please indicate which setup you are using in the comments field at the checkout. It is important which rear silencer (SC Project, MIV, Akrapovic, Copra, …) and which air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, MWR, …) as well as whether you have installed a catalytic converter.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your Aprilia RS 660 2020 to 2024 with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany)
3. We will process the software for your ECU on the day it arrives and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and drive off.

As soon as we have received it, we will customize your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU back to you with the modified software within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
The actual performance increase achieved depends on individual factors such as your setup and your motorcycle.
The control unit will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside.
