FLAWLESS Performance Cover for Yamaha MT-07 2014 to 2022

Even more power and torque than with our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash?

When developing our FLAWLESS Performance Cover for the Yamaha MT-07, the focus was always on developing a product that enables the rider to get the maximum rideability and performance increase out of his Yamaha MT-07 with the least possible effort.
We were able to achieve this goal by designing our own air filter cover, which offers a significantly better air flow compared to the standard cover:
– In the rev range between 4000 and 6500 rpm, we completely eliminate the typical drop in torque. Especially in combination with our FLAWLESS Performance Flash / ECU Reflash, we achieve a torque increase of up to 11 NM.
– With our FLAWLESS Performance Cover, we increase the peak torque by almost 9 NM.
– Significantly more homogeneous power band across the entire speed range – the driving experience is significantly enhanced and the annoying torque bend is eliminated.

In combination with our FLAWLESS Performance Flash, you also have the following configuration options:

– Fan temperature: You’re not the only one who wants to keep a cool head? By adjusting the fan temperature, your MT-07 will always remain within the optimum temperature window, even with a very sporty riding style, as we reduce both the switch-on and switch-off temperature of the fans by approx. 4 degrees.

– Quickshifter retrofit: Do you want to shift gears without a clutch like the MotoGP riders and ride even more uncompromisingly? At FLAWLESS Industries, we program the quickshifter into the original ECU of your Yamaha MT-07 with our quickshifter retrofit – for even faster upshifting without a clutch! Without any additional control unit. Select the option, connect the compatible sensor and ride off! The sensor can be ordered directly from us on request. However, any other sensor with a normally open contact can also be used!

– Pops and bangs: Give your Yamaha MT-07 the final acoustic touch. Thanks to our optimization process, we can individually configure the throttle cut-off to your wishes and the setup installed on your MT-07. Important – in a configuration with a catalytic converter, only a push-bubble is possible.

– Top speed limit: We remove the Vmax limit so that the propulsion doesn’t stop.

– Immobilizer: Do you ride your MT-07 on the racetrack? Then we can deactivate the immobilizer so that you can start your bike without the ignition lock.

– Suitable for Yamaha MT-07 models from 2014 to 2020

Notes and disclaimer

The FLAWLESS Performance Cover is manufactured from ASA using the FDM process. The choice of material guarantees the required temperature resistance as well as resistance to oils and gasoline. ASA is a UV and weather-resistant material.

We would like to point out that the FLAWLESS Performance Cover changes the mixture formation of the motorcycle. During our development work, the mixture did not reach any dangerous AFR values even without adjusting the ECU. However, we cannot guarantee this, especially in combination with other modifications. We therefore always strongly recommend that the ECU be modified by FLAWLESS Industries or another specialist workshop.

We expressly point out that the operating license of the vehicle expires with our products (unless expressly stated otherwise) and the vehicle may no longer be driven on public roads according to the German Road Traffic Regulations. After installation, an operating license in accordance with §21 StVZO must be expressly applied for for the entire vehicle. If this obligation is not complied with, FLAWLESS Industries expressly accepts no liability for any fines, administrative offenses, immobilization or criminal charges or similar. All products (unless expressly marked otherwise) are not permitted in the area of the StVZO and are intended exclusively for use in motor sports, on closed tracks or terrain.

Vehicles do not automatically receive a full guarantee and/or warranty with our products. The warranty always refers only to the respective product itself, not to other vehicle parts (e.g. engine, transmission, turbocharger, etc.).
