FLAWLESS Performance Kit for Husqvarna FE 501 2017 to 2025

When developing our FLAWLESS Performance Kit for your Husqvarna FE 501, we always focused on developing a product that allows you to get the maximum rideability and performance increase out of your Husqvarna FE 501 with the least possible effort.
Our own design of an intake in conjunction with a K&N sports mushroom air filter has enabled us to achieve this goal:

– With our FLAWLESS Performance Kit, we increase the power – in conjunction with our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash – of your FE 501 by almost 7 to 8 hp at the peak. You also have a significantly longer power plateau, so that the power can be used for much longer.
– Significantly more homogeneous power band across the entire rev range – the riding experience is significantly enhanced, more powerful and sportier.

Notes and disclaimer

The FLAWLESS Performance Kit is manufactured from TPU using the FDM process. The choice of material guarantees the required temperature resistance as well as resistance to oils and gasoline. TPU is a UV and weather-resistant material.

We would like to point out that the FLAWLESS Performance Kit changes the mixture formation of the motorcycle. During our development work, the mixture did not achieve any dangerous AFR values even without adjusting the ECU. However, we cannot guarantee this, especially in combination with other modifications. We therefore always strongly recommend that the ECU be modified by FLAWLESS Industries or another specialist workshop.

We expressly point out that the operating license of the vehicle expires with our products (unless expressly stated otherwise) and the vehicle may no longer be driven on public roads according to the German Road Traffic Regulations. After installation, an operating license in accordance with §21 StVZO must be expressly applied for for the entire vehicle. If this obligation is not complied with, FLAWLESS Industries expressly accepts no liability for any fines, administrative offenses, immobilization or criminal charges or similar. All products (unless expressly marked otherwise) are not permitted in the area of the StVZO and are intended exclusively for use in motor sports, on closed tracks or terrain.

Vehicles do not automatically receive a full guarantee and/or warranty with our products. The warranty always refers only to the respective product itself, not to other vehicle parts (e.g. engine, transmission, turbocharger, etc.).
