Notes and disclaimer

The FLAWLESS Performance Kit is manufactured from ASA using the FDM process. The choice of material guarantees the required temperature resistance as well as resistance to oils and gasoline. ASA is a UV and weather-resistant material.

We would like to point out that the FLAWLESS Performance Kit changes the mixture formation of the motorcycle. During our development work, the mixture did not reach dangerous AFR values even without adjusting the ECU. However, we cannot guarantee this, especially in combination with other modifications. We therefore always strongly recommend that the ECU be modified by FLAWLESS Industries or another specialist workshop.

We expressly point out that the operating license of the vehicle expires with our products (unless expressly stated otherwise) and the vehicle may no longer be driven on public roads according to the German Road Traffic Regulations. After installation, an operating license in accordance with §21 StVZO must be expressly applied for for the entire vehicle. If this obligation is not complied with, FLAWLESS Industries expressly accepts no liability for any fines, administrative offenses, immobilization or criminal charges or similar. All products (unless expressly marked otherwise) are not permitted in the area of the StVZO and are intended exclusively for use in motor sports, on closed tracks or terrain.

Vehicles do not automatically receive a full guarantee and/or warranty with our products. The warranty always refers only to the respective product itself, not to other vehicle parts (e.g. engine, transmission, etc.).
