So you can switch on-the-ride between throttled and FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash.

Please indicate in the comment field at checkout which throttled performance level you would like on Map 1. By default, we program 18 hp as the throttled power level, which corresponds to the original series throttling.

– FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP: With our exclusive FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP, we retrofit the quickshifter for your Husqvarna FE 501 2017 to 2019 – without an additional sensor – for even faster upshifts without a clutch!
Thanks to our custom code in your control unit, you do not need an additional sensor. Our FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP works with the existing gear position sensor and uses the reference values of the sensor already taught into the control unit, so that no manual reading and adjustment of the reference values is necessary.

Thanks to the closed-loop system of our code, the ignition is only reactivated when the gear change is complete. The special feature here is that the interruption times adapt to the respective shifting process. This effectively avoids the risk of premature ignition release, which can occur in systems with fixed interruption times, and ensures optimum performance with every gear change.

– Pops and bangs: Give your Husqvarna FE 501 the final acoustic touch. Thanks to our optimization, we can configure the throttle cut-off individually according to your wishes and the installed setup of your Husqvarna FE 501 and, if desired, also assign it to the respective riding modes.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your Husqvarna FE 501 with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well packed to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We will process the software of your ECU on the day it arrives and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and drive off.

Important
In order to be able to offer you this service, it is necessary for you to send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we have received it, we will customize your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU back to you with the modified software within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory rear silencer (Akrapovic, FMF, etc.).
The control unit will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside. Husqvarna testers function without restriction. The software number remains unchanged.
