By adjusting the fan temperature, your Kawasaki will always remain within the optimum temperature window, even with a very sporty riding style, as we lower both the switch-on and switch-off temperature of the fans by approx. 4 degrees.

– Quickshifter retrofit: Do you want to shift gears without a clutch like the MotoGP riders and ride even more uncompromisingly? At FLAWLESS Industries, we program the quickshifter into the original ECU of your Kawasaki Z 900 with our quickshifter retrofit – for even faster upshifts without a clutch! Without any additional control unit. Select the option, connect the compatible sensor and ride off! The sensor can be ordered directly from us on request. However, any other sensor with normally open contact can also be used!

– Thrust cut-off: Give your Kawasaki Z 900 the final acoustic touch. Thanks to our optimization, we can configure the thrust cut-off individually to your wishes and the setup installed on your Z 900. Important – in a configuration with catalytic converter, only thrust bubbling is possible.

– Top speed limit: We remove the Vmax limit so that the propulsion does not stop.

– Immobilizer: Do you ride your Z 900 on the racetrack? Then we can deactivate the immobilizer so that you can start your bike without an ignition lock.

Your Z 900 has 4 different riding modes. However, only the Power Low or Power High setting is sent to the control unit. The power modes are divided across the riding modes as follows:

– RAIN: Power Low

– STREET: Power High

– SPORT: Power High

– RIDER: Power mode can be freely selected between Low (L) and High (F)

You can adjust the optimization or mapping directly when ordering according to your wishes. The selection fields are available for this purpose.
When ordering, please indicate which setup you are using in the comments field at the checkout. It is important which rear silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, …) and which air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, …) as well as whether you have installed a catalytic converter.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your Kawasaki Z 900 2021-2024 with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany)
3. We will process the software for your ECU on the day it arrives and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and drive off.

In order to be able to offer you this service, it is necessary for you to send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we have received it, we will customize your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU back to you with the modified software within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory rear silencer (Bodis, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, etc.) and a sports air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, etc.). The control unit will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside.
