Thanks to our optimization, we can configure the throttle cut-off individually according to your wishes and the installed setup of your KTM 690 DUKE and, if desired, also set it to the respective riding modes. Thanks to our custom code in your control unit, you don’t need an additional sensor. Our FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP works with the existing gear position sensor and uses the reference values of the sensor already taught into the control unit, so that no manual reading and adjustment of the reference values is necessary.

Thanks to the closed-loop system of our code, the ignition is only reactivated when the gear change is complete. The special feature here is that the interruption times adapt to the respective shifting process. This effectively avoids the risk of premature ignition release, which can occur in systems with fixed interruption times, and ensures optimum performance with every gear change.

For maximum flexibility in everyday riding, the FLAWLESS Quickshifter also offers a simple deactivation function: simply start the 690 DUKE in sixth gear and the system switches off for the duration of the ride.

For an even more intense riding experience, we offer optional shift acoustics that give every gear change an impressive soundscape – perfect for anyone looking for maximum sportiness! Important – gearshift acoustics are not possible for a configuration with catalytic converter.

When ordering, please indicate which setup you are using in the comments field at the checkout. It is important which rear silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, …) and which air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, …) as well as whether you have installed a catalytic converter.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your KTM 690 DUKE with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We will process the software of your ECU on the day it arrives and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and drive off.

In order to be able to offer you this service, it is necessary for you to send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we have received it, we will customize your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU back to you with the modified software within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory rear silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, etc.) and a sports air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, etc.). The control unit will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside. KTM testers function without restriction. The software number remains unchanged.
