At FLAWLESS Industries, we offer you software optimization of your ECU or control unit for your KTM 690 ENDURO 2019 to 2020 EURO 4 with our exclusive FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash, with features that will put you in the fast lane. And all without additional hardware – just by flashing your ECU.

– Performance increase: We write the tuning software or optimization individually for your KTM 690 ENDURO and adapt it to your installed hardware. As a result, we achieve an increase in performance of approx. 5 to 8 hp and 10 to 12 NM torque. In addition to the extra power, our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash also improves rideability: the power delivery of your 690 ENDURO becomes significantly more homogeneous and consistent. The annoying constant jerking of your KTM has also completely disappeared after the ECU optimization, giving you a significant increase in rideability. In addition, the well-known torque bend of your KTM at approx. 4500 rpm disappears thanks to our performance increase. We also adjust the injection maps so that the air-fuel ratio values of your 690 ENDURO are now in the optimum range. This also reduces the thermal load on the exhaust valves and cylinder heads due to the resulting lower exhaust gas temperatures.

Our goal was to develop a product that would give you maximum power and improved driveability with minimum effort – and that’s exactly what we’ve achieved:
– More power and torque: in combination with our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash, the Performance Kit increases the peak power of your KTM 690 Enduro by an impressive 9 to 10 hp. You also benefit from a 17 to 18 Nm increase in torque in the mid-range.

– FLAWLESS Gear Switch: Our FLAWLESS Gear Switch gives your 690 ENDURO an additional riding mode – the Safemap. This offers you a third mode that is automatically activated during normal start-up. In this mode, your ENDURO rides with the original mapping (A2 or A), regardless of which map you have selected via the FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch. However, as soon as you start the ignition with second gear engaged, the engine control light in your speedometer flashes. This indicates that the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is now active in your individual configuration. After starting, the engine control light goes out and you can use the full power of the ECU Performance Flash and now have both riding modes of the map switch on your 690 ENDURO at your disposal. Please indicate in the comment field at checkout if you would like the Safemap. If so, please indicate whether the Safemap should be configured as a Stock A Map or a Stock A2 Map.

– FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch: Full attack at the touch of a button? With this option, you can switch between 2 mappings on the handlebars of your KTM 690 ENDURO, so that you have the standard mapping on Map 1 and FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all the desired functions available on Map 2!

– FLAWLESS Quickshifter: Discover our newly developed FLAWLESS Quickshift algorithm, which gives your 690 ENDURO unparalleled shifting speed and sportiness! We have not only refined the interruption times, but also optimized the entire quickshifter algorithm to give you the ultimate quickshifter experience. For an even more intense driving experience, we offer optional shift acoustics enabled in map 2 that give every gear change an impressive soundscape – perfect for anyone looking for maximum sportiness! Important – gearshift acoustics are not possible in a configuration with a catalytic converter.

– Hardcut Limiter and Launch Control: With the Hardcut Limiter, the standard rev limiter on your ENDURO becomes a genuine racing limiter that ensures an unmistakable riding experience. Launch Control gives you a perfect race start – accompanied by an impressive soundscape. In riding mode 2, the engine speed is limited to 6500 rpm when 1st gear is engaged. As soon as your 690 ENDURO starts moving, the engine speed increases automatically in line with the front wheel speed. Flames from the exhaust are guaranteed with both the Hardcut Limiter and Launch Control!

Important: The Hardcut Limiter and Launch Control may only be used in conjunction with an exhaust system without catalytic converter and without DB-Killer. Please note that increased engine wear cannot be ruled out if used excessively.

– Linear throttle: The previous throttle response is not good enough for you? On request, we can program your throttle characteristic 1 to 1 with the throttle position – 50% throttle means 50% throttle position. For the ultimate responsiveness of your KTM 690 ENDURO!

– Pops and bangs: Give your KTM 690 ENDURO the final acoustic touches. Thanks to our optimization, we can configure the throttle cut-off individually according to your wishes and the installed setup of your KTM 690 ENDURO and, if desired, also set it to the respective riding modes. Important – in a configuration with catalytic converter, only a thrust cut-off is possible.

You can adjust the optimization or mapping directly when ordering according to your wishes. The selection fields are available for this purpose.
When ordering, please indicate which setup you are using in the comments field at the checkout. It is important which rear silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, …), which air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, …) and air filter cover (open air filter / Powerparts cover, perforated cover, …) and whether you have installed a catalytic converter.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your KTM 690 ENDURO with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We will process the software of your ECU on the day it arrives and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and drive off.

Important
In order to be able to offer you this service, it is necessary for you to send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we have received it, we will customize your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU back to you with the modified software within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory rear silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, etc.), a sports air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, etc.) and the Powerparts air filter cover or perforated cover. The upgrade air filter we offer is a K&N sports air filter. The ECU will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside. KTM testers function without restriction. The software number remains unchanged.
