– Performance increase: We write the tuning software or optimization individually for your KTM 690 ENDURO and adapt it to your installed hardware. As a result, we achieve an increase in performance of approx. 5 to 8 hp and 10 to 12 NM torque. In addition to the extra power, our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash also improves rideability: the power delivery of your 690 ENDURO becomes significantly more homogeneous and consistent. The annoying constant jerking of your KTM has also completely disappeared after the ECU optimization, giving you a significant increase in rideability. In addition, the well-known torque bend of your KTM at approx. 4500 rpm disappears thanks to our performance increase. – Pops and bangs: Give your KTM 690 ENDURO the final acoustic polish. Thanks to our optimization, we can configure the throttle cut-off individually according to your wishes and the installed setup of your KTM 690 ENDURO and, if desired, also set it to the respective riding modes. Important – in a setup with catalytic converter, only a thrust bump is possible.

– Quickshifter optimization: We adjust the quickshifter and its interruption times so that your 690 ENDURO not only accelerates brute force, but also quickshifts perfectly – making it not only faster, but also significantly more precise.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your KTM 690 ENDURO with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany)
3. We will process the software for your ECU on the day it arrives and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and drive off.

In order to be able to offer you this service, it is necessary for you to send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we have received it, we will customize your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU back to you with the modified software within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory rear silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, etc.), a sports air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, etc.) and the Powerparts air filter cover or perforated cover. The upgrade air filter we offer is a K&N sports air filter. The ECU will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside. KTM testers function without restriction. The software number remains unchanged.
