Thanks to our custom code in your control unit, you don’t need an additional sensor. Our FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP works with the existing gear position sensor and uses the reference values of the sensor already taught into the control unit, so that no manual reading and adjustment of the reference values is necessary.

Thanks to the closed-loop system of our code, the ignition is only reactivated when the gear change is complete. The special feature here is that the interruption times adapt to the respective shifting process. This effectively avoids the risk of premature ignition release, which can occur with systems with fixed interruption times, and ensures optimum performance with every gear change.

For maximum flexibility in everyday riding, the FLAWLESS Quickshifter also offers a simple deactivation function: simply start the 690 DUKE R in sixth gear and the system switches off for the duration of the ride.

For an even more intense riding experience, we offer optional shift acoustics that give every gear change an impressive soundscape – perfect for anyone looking for maximum sportiness! Important – gearshift acoustics are not possible in a configuration with catalytic converter.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP for your KTM 690 DUKE R with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well packed to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We will process the software of your ECU on the day it arrives and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and drive off.

In order to be able to offer you this service, it is necessary for you to send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we have received it, we will customize your FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP. The control unit will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP is not visible from the outside.
