We can also offer you the so-called Full Mapswich for the Euro 5 Plus models! With our Full Mapswich, you can now not only set the linear throttle to a mapping or driving modes, but also the complete FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash – including all options such as lambda control, throttle cut-off, shift pops and, of course, the performance boost.

– Performance increase: We write the tuning software or optimization individually for your KTM 690 SMC-R and adapt it to your installed hardware. As a result, we achieve an increase in power of approx. 2.5 to 3.5 hp at peak and 20 to 23 NM more torque at approx. 4500 RPM. In addition to the extra power, our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash also improves drivability: the power delivery of your 690 SMC-R becomes significantly more homogeneous and consistent. The annoying constant throttle judder of your KTM has also completely disappeared after the ECU optimization, giving you a significant increase in rideability. In addition, the well-known torque bend of your KTM at approx. 4500 rpm disappears thanks to our performance increase. We also adjust the injection maps so that the air-fuel ratio values of your 690 SMC-R are now in the optimum range. This also reduces the thermal load on the exhaust valves and cylinder heads due to the resulting lower exhaust gas temperatures.

– FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch: Full attack at the touch of a button? With this option, you can switch between the mappings on the handlebars of your KTM 690 SMC-R, so that you have the standard mapping on one riding mode and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all the desired functions available on the other riding mode!

– FLAWLESS Quickshifter: Discover our newly developed FLAWLESS Quickshift algorithm, which gives your 690 SMC-R unparalleled shifting speed and sportiness! We have not only refined the interruption times, but also optimized the entire quickshifter algorithm to give you the ultimate quickshifter experience. For an even more intense driving experience, we offer optional shift acoustics in Track and Sport driving modes, which give every gear change an impressive soundscape – perfect for anyone looking for the ultimate in sportiness! Important – gearshift acoustics are not possible in a configuration with a catalytic converter.

– Hardcut Limiter: With the Hardcut Limiter, the standard rev limiter on your SMC-R becomes a genuine racing limiter that ensures an unmistakable riding experience. With the Hardcut Limiter, flames from the exhaust are guaranteed!

Important: The Hardcut Limiter may only be used in conjunction with an exhaust system without catalytic converter and without DB-Killer. Please note that increased engine wear cannot be ruled out with excessive use.

– Linear throttle: The previous throttle response is not good enough for you? On request, we can program your throttle characteristic 1 to 1 with the throttle valve characteristic – 50% throttle means 50% throttle valve position. For the ultimate response behavior of your KTM 690 SMC-R!

– Pops and bangs: Give your KTM 690 SMC-R the final acoustic polish. Thanks to our optimization, we can configure the throttle cut-off individually according to your wishes and the installed setup of your KTM 690 SMC-R and, if desired, also set it to the respective riding modes. Important – in a setup with a catalytic converter, only a thrust bump is possible.

When ordering, please indicate which setup you are using in the comments field at the checkout. It is important which rear silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, …), which air filter (MWR sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, …) and air filter cover (open air filter / Powerparts cover, perforated cover, …) and whether you have installed a catalytic converter.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your KTM 690 SMC-R with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany)
3. We will process the software for your ECU on the day it arrives and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and drive off.

In order to be able to offer you this service, it is necessary for you to send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we have received it, we will customize your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU back to you with the modified software within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory rear silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, etc.), a sports air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, etc.) and the Powerparts air filter cover or perforated cover. The upgrade air filter we offer is a K&N sports air filter. The ECU will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside. KTM testers function without restriction. The software number remains unchanged.
