With our exclusive FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash, we at FLAWLESS Industries offer you software optimization of your ECU or control unit for your KTM 790 Adventure 2017 to 2020 with features that will put you in the fast lane. And all without additional hardware – just by flashing your ECU.

– Performance increase: We write the tuning software or optimization individually for your KTM 790 Adventure and adapt it to your installed hardware. By adjusting the fan temperature, your 790 Adventure always remains within the optimum temperature window, even when ridden in a very sporty manner, as we lower both the switch-on and switch-off temperature of the fans by approx. 4 degrees.

– Pops and bangs: Give your KTM 790 Adventure the finishing acoustic touches. Thanks to our optimization, we can configure the thrust cut-off individually to your wishes and the setup installed on your KTM 790 Adventure and, if desired, also set it to the respective riding modes. Important – in a configuration with a catalytic converter, only thrust bubbling is possible.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your KTM 790 Adventure with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany)
3. We will process the software of your ECU on the day it arrives and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and drive off.

In order to be able to offer you this service, it is necessary for you to send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we have received it, we will customize your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU back to you with the modified software within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory rear silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, etc.) and a sports air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, etc.). The control unit will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside. KTM testers function without restriction. The software number remains unchanged.
