With our exclusive FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash, we at FLAWLESS Industries offer you software optimization of your ECU or control unit for your KTM 890 Adventure from 2020 with features that will put you in the fast lane. And all without additional hardware – just by flashing your ECU.

– Performance increase: We write the tuning software or optimization individually for your KTM 890 Adventure and adapt it to your installed hardware. As a result, we achieve an increase in performance of approx. 6 hp and 8 NM torque. In addition to the extra power, our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash also improves rideability: the power delivery of your 890 Adventure becomes significantly more homogeneous and smooth. – Linear throttle: The previous throttle response is not good enough for you? On request, we can program your throttle characteristic 1 to 1 with the throttle valve characteristic – 50% throttle means 50% throttle valve position. For the ultimate response behavior of your KTM 890 Adventure!

– Fan temperature: You’re not the only one who wants to keep a cool head? By adjusting the fan temperature, your 890 Adventure always remains within the optimum temperature window, even when ridden in a very sporty manner, as we lower both the switch-on and switch-off temperature of the fans by approx. 4 degrees.

– Pops and bangs: Give your KTM 890 Adventure the finishing acoustic touches. Thanks to our optimization, we can configure the thrust cut-off individually to your wishes and the setup installed on your KTM 890 Adventure and, if desired, also set it to the respective riding modes. Important – in a configuration with a catalytic converter, only thrust bubbling is possible.

You can adjust the optimization or mapping directly when ordering according to your wishes. The selection fields are available for this purpose.

It is important which rear silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, …) and which air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, …) as well as whether you have installed a catalytic converter.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your KTM 890 Adventure with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany)
3. We will process the software of your ECU on the day it arrives and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and drive off.

In order to be able to offer you this service, it is necessary for you to send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we have received it, we will customize your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU back to you with the modified software within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory rear silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, etc.) and a sports air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, etc.). The control unit will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside. KTM testers function without restriction. The software number remains unchanged.
