With our exclusive FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash, we at FLAWLESS Industries offer you software optimization of your ECU or control unit for your KTM EXC 500 2020 to 2023 with features that will put you in the fast lane. And all this without any additional hardware – just by flashing your ECU.

– Performance increase: We write the tuning software or optimization individually for your KTM EXC 500 and adapt it to your installed hardware. We have also adjusted the injection maps so that the air-fuel ratio values of your EXC 500 are now in the optimum range. This also reduces the thermal load on the exhaust valves and cylinder heads due to the resulting lower exhaust gas temperatures.

– FLAWLESS Performance Kit: When developing our FLAWLESS Performance Kit for your KTM EXC 500, the focus was always on developing a product that allows you to get the maximum rideability and performance increase out of your KTM EXC 500 with the least possible effort.
We were able to achieve this goal by designing our own intake in conjunction with a K&N sports mushroom air filter:

– With our FLAWLESS Performance Kit, we increase the peak power of your EXC 500 by almost 7 to 8 hp. In addition, you have a significantly longer power plateau, so that the power can be used for much longer.
– Significantly more homogeneous power band across the entire rev range – the riding experience is significantly enhanced, more powerful and sportier.

– FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch: Full attack at the touch of a button? With this option, you can switch between 2 mappings on the handlebars of your KTM EXC 500, so that you have the standard mapping (throttled) on Map 1 and FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all the desired functions available on Map 2! So you can switch on-the-ride between throttled and FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash.

Please indicate in the comment field at checkout which throttled performance level you would like on Map 1. By default, we program a throttled power level of 18 hp, which corresponds to the original series throttling.

– FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP: With our exclusive FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP, we retrofit the quickshifter for your KTM EXC 500 2020 to 2023 – without an additional sensor – for even faster upshifts without a clutch!
Thanks to our custom code in your control unit, you do not need an additional sensor. Our FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP works with the existing gear position sensor and uses the reference values of the sensor already taught into the control unit, so that no manual reading and adjustment of the reference values is necessary.

Thanks to the closed-loop system of our code, the ignition is only reactivated when the gear change is complete. The special feature here is that the interruption times adapt to the respective shifting process. This effectively avoids the risk of premature ignition release, which can occur in systems with fixed interruption times, and ensures optimum performance with every gear change.

– Pops and bangs: Give your KTM EXC 500 the final acoustic touches. Thanks to our optimization, we can configure the throttle cut-off individually according to your wishes and the installed setup of your KTM EXC 500 and, if desired, also set it to the respective riding modes.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your KTM EXC 500 with the desired options.
2. Send your ECU well packed to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We will process the software of your ECU on the day it arrives and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and drive off.

Important
In order to be able to offer you this service, it is necessary for you to send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we have received it, we will customize your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU back to you with the modified software within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory rear silencer (Akrapovic, FMF, etc.).
The control unit will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside. KTM testers function without restriction. The software number remains unchanged.
