You've placed your order for your bike in our FLAWLESS Shop – awesome! What's next?

If your order is for a FLAWLESS Performance Flash, FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch, FLAWLESS Quickshifter-Retrofit, de-restriction or restriction, or a software optimization or modification to your control unit, please send us your removed bike control unit to the following address:

To allow us to assign your control unit, you must include the order number on a piece of paper inside the package with your control unit. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot assign your control unit.

For maximum flexibility, you can send your control unit to us with the shipping service provider of your choice. It is important that you insure your package and pack your control unit well. For outbound shipping, we recommend DPD, UPS, DHL, and DHL Express.

You do not need to send us the tracking number you received for the outbound shipment – we receive it automatically from the shipping service provider via our address.

You've sent off your control unit, but want to know if it has arrived?

You can see if your control unit has arrived with us by tracking it using the tracking number you received for the outbound shipment. Therefore, it is not necessary to write or call us to confirm if your control unit has actually arrived.

Oops - you sent your control unit to us - and now you've realized you forgot the order number in the package...

Don't worry - your control unit won't get lost. Please send us an email here at de.support.shop@flawless-industries.de. In the email, tell us that you forgot your order number, and include your order number and the VIN of your bike.

Please understand if your order takes longer in this case, as we first need to assign your control unit by reading out the VIN. But we'll still hurry. Promised.

Your control unit has arrived? Perfect!

So that you can get back on your bike as quickly as possible and try out our Flash, we will now process your control unit within the next 24 hours. For us to process your control unit directly, it is important that the order number is included.
In exceptional cases (1%), however, it may take up to 48 hours to process your control unit. We therefore ask for your understanding if it takes a little longer.

Once your control unit has been processed, you will receive your tracking ID from us. This also indicates that your control unit has been processed. Therefore, it is not necessary for you to write or call us again regarding your processing status.

If you have not yet sent in your control unit, you can note the change on the paper you include with your order so that our technicians can take it into account. Unfortunately, information sent by email cannot be taken into account due to logistical reasons.

If you have already sent off your control unit, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change your setup or configuration due to logistical reasons.
