We at FLAWLESS Industries offer a software optimization for your ECU or control unit with our exclusive FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash for your Aprilia RS 660 from 2025 EURO 5 Plus, featuring enhancements that will put you in the fast lane. And all this without additional hardware – simply by flashing your control unit.

• Performance Increase: We custom-write the tuning software or optimization for your Aprilia RS 660. This achieves an increase in power of approx. 3 to 8 HP and 3 to 5 NM of torque. In addition to increased power, our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash improves drivability: The power delivery of your RS 660 becomes significantly more homogeneous and smoother. The annoying constant-throttle surging of your Aprilia is also completely eliminated after the control unit optimization, giving you a significant improvement in drivability. The injection maps are also adjusted by us, so that the Air-Fuel Ratio values of your RS 660 are now in the optimal range. This also achieves thermal relief of the exhaust valves and cylinder heads due to the resulting lower exhaust gas temperatures.

• FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch: Full attack at the push of a button? With this option, you can switch between 2 mappings on the handlebar of your Aprilia RS 660, so that you have the standard mapping (A- or A2- mapping) available on AEM 2 and 3, and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all desired functions available on AEM 1 (selectable via the Individual/Race riding mode)!
Note: The 35KW symbol in the speedometer of your RS 660 will remain with our FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch.

• Pops and Bangs: Give your Aprilia RS 660 the ultimate acoustic fine-tuning. Through our optimization, we can configure the overrun cut-off individually to your wishes and the setup installed on your RS 660. The overrun popping can optionally only be programmed for AEM 1 mode.

• Pit-Limiter: With this option, you activate the pit limiter in the Race mode of your Aprilia. The desired speed can be individually set and easily activated or deactivated via the cruise control lever – ideal for the pit lanes.

• Warmup Mode: After a cold start, the idle speed automatically increases to approx. 3000 rpm and returns to normal level when the coolant temperature reaches 50 °C – for faster engine warm-up. Perfect for the racetrack.

With our Performance Flash, we deactivate the catalytic converter monitoring. This is absolutely necessary if exhaust systems without a catalytic converter are installed. Otherwise, an error message will be displayed.

You can customize the optimization or mapping directly during the ordering process according to your wishes. The selection fields are available for this purpose.
Please specify in the comment field at checkout which setup you are using. It is important to state which rear silencer (SC Project, MIV, Akrapovic, Copra, ...) and which air filter (K&N sport air filter, BMC, MWR, ...) you have, as well as whether you have a catalytic converter installed.

Process:

2. Send your control unit or ECU well-packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany)
3. We process the software of your control unit on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect, and ride.

We usually send your control unit with the modified software back to you within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
The actual performance increase achieved depends on individual factors such as your setup and your motorcycle.
The control unit is not damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside.
