At FLAWLESS Industries, we offer you a software optimization for your Kove 800X with our exclusive FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash, featuring enhancements that will put you in the fast lane. And all this without additional hardware – simply by flashing your ECU.

• Power Increase: We individually write the tuning software or optimization for your Kove and adapt it to your installed hardware. This results in a power increase of approx. 6 to 8 HP and 6 to 7 NM of torque. In addition to the power increase, our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash improves rideability: the power delivery of your Kove 800X becomes significantly more homogeneous and smoother. The annoying constant speed surging of your Kove also completely disappears after the ECU optimization, providing you with a significant improvement in rideability. Furthermore, our software optimization eliminates harsh load changes when opening and closing the throttle. The injection maps are also adjusted by us so that the Air-Fuel Ratio values of your Kove 800X are now in the optimal range. This also achieves thermal relief for the exhaust valves and cylinder heads due to the resulting lower exhaust gas temperatures.

• Linear-Throttle: Is the current throttle response not good enough for you? Upon request, we can program your throttle curve 1 to 1 with the throttle body position - 50% throttle means 50% throttle body position. For the ultimate response from your Kove 800X!

• Deceleration Fuel Cut: Give your Kove the final acoustic touch. Through our optimization, we can individually configure the deceleration fuel cut according to your wishes and the installed setup. Important – for a configuration with a catalytic converter, only a deceleration burble is possible.

• Catalyst Monitoring: With our Performance Flash, we deactivate catalyst monitoring. Exhaust systems without a catalytic converter can be installed without an error appearing. 

The optimization or mapping can be customized to your wishes directly at the time of order. The selection fields are available for this purpose.

Please specify the setup you are running when ordering. It is important to indicate which slip-on muffler (SC-Project, Akrapovic, Austin Racing, Remus, …) and which air filter (K&N sport air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, …) you are using, as well as whether you have a catalytic converter installed.

Process:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU Software Optimization for your Kove 800X with the desired options.
2. Send your ECU well-packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We process the software of your ECU on the day of its arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect, and ride.

Important
To offer you this service, it is necessary that you send us your removed ECU from your vehicle. As soon as we receive it, we will individually adapt your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU with the modified software back to you within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the stated performance, it is necessary to use an aftermarket slip-on muffler (SC-Project, Akrapovic, Austin Racing, Remus, etc.) as well as a sport air filter (K&N sport air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, etc.). The ECU will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not externally visible. CFMoto testers function without restriction. The software number remains unchanged.
