We at FLAWLESS Industries equip your KTM 690 DUKE 2016 to 2019 with our exclusive FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP – without an additional sensor – for even faster clutchless upshifts!
Thanks to our custom code in your control unit, you do not need an additional sensor. Our FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP works with the existing gear position sensor and uses the reference values of the sensor already learned in the control unit, so no manual reading out and adjusting of the reference values is necessary.

Due to the closed-loop system of our code, the ignition is only reactivated when the gear change is completely finished. The special feature: The interruption times adapt adaptively to the respective shifting process. This effectively avoids the risk of premature ignition release, which can occur with systems with fixed interruption times, and ensures optimal performance with every shift.

For maximum flexibility in everyday riding, the FLAWLESS Quickshifter also offers a simple deactivation function: simply start the 690 DUKE in sixth gear and the system switches off for the duration of the ride.

For an even more intense riding experience, we optionally offer shift acoustics, which give every gear change an impressive soundscape – perfect for all those who are looking for maximum sportiness! Important – with a configuration with a catalytic converter, no shift acoustics are possible.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP for your KTM 690 DUKE with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We process the software of your control unit on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and drive off.

Important
In order to offer you this service, it is necessary that you send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we have received it, we will adapt your FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP individually. The control unit is not damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP is not visible from the outside. KTM testers work without restrictions. The software number remains unchanged.
