• Performance increase: We custom-write the tuning software for your KTM EXC 300 TBI and adapt it precisely to your installed hardware. This results in a significant increase in power and noticeably higher torque. In addition to pure power gain, our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash also improves rideability: The power delivery of your EXC 300 TBI becomes more homogeneous and smoother. Furthermore, our software optimization eliminates the annoying jerking in the partial load range. This provides you with significantly smoother throttle response between idle and 50% throttle position, among other things. The injection and exhaust control maps are also adjusted by us so that the air-fuel ratio values and the exhaust gas temperature of your EXC 300 TBI are in the optimal range. By adjusting the maps for the electronic oil pump, we also increase the amount of 2-stroke oil injected, which leads to significantly better lubrication.

With our FLAWLESS Performance Flash, we additionally activate a third riding mode! This is active when the Map 1 and Map 2 buttons are pressed simultaneously.

If we program the Performance Flash to all maps, you have the following configuration:

Map 1: Gravel Map / Low Power
Map 2: Enduro Map / Linear Power
Map 3: MX Map / Full Power

If we program the Performance Flash to only one map, the "MX Map / Full Power" is active here.

• FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch: Full attack at the touch of a button? With this option, you can switch between 2 power levels on the handlebars of your KTM EXC 300, so you have the Performance FLash on one map and the power throttled to 18 HP on the other two! This allows you to switch on-the-ride between throttled power and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash.

• FLAWLESS Startup Map: Here you can select which map is active when your bike starts. Your motorcycle will then always start in the map you have set.

Process:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your KTM EXC 300 TBI with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well-packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries - Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We process the software of your control unit on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect, and ride.

We usually send your control unit with the modified software back to you within 24 hours so you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
The control unit is not damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not externally visible. KTM testers function without restrictions. The software number remains unchanged.
