We also adjust the injection maps so that the air-fuel ratio values of your EXC 350 are now in the optimal range. This also achieves thermal relief for the exhaust valves and cylinder heads due to the resulting lower exhaust gas temperatures.

• FLAWLESS Performance Kit: When developing our FLAWLESS Performance Kit for your KTM EXC 350, the main focus was always to create a product that allows you to get the maximum rideability and power increase out of your KTM EXC 350 with minimal effort.
Through our in-house design of an intake in conjunction with an MWR sport pod air filter, we were able to achieve this goal:

– With our FLAWLESS Performance Kit, we increase the peak power of your EXC 350 by almost 3 to 4 HP. In addition, you have a significantly longer power plateau, so the power is usable for a much longer period.

• FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch: Full attack at the push of a button? With this option, you can switch between 2 mappings on the handlebars of your KTM EXC 350, so that you have the series mapping (restricted) on Map 1 and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all desired functions on Map 2! This allows you to switch on-the-ride between restricted and FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash.

Please specify in the comment field at checkout which restricted power level you would like on Map 1. By default, we program 18HP as the restricted power level, which corresponds to the original factory restriction.

• FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP: With our exclusive FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP, we retrofit the quickshifter for your KTM EXC 350 2020 to 2023 – without an additional sensor – for even faster clutchless upshifts!
Due to our custom code in your ECU, you do not need an additional sensor. Our FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP works with the existing gear position sensor and uses the sensor's reference values already learned in the ECU, so no manual reading and adjustment of the reference values is necessary.

Thanks to the closed-loop system of our code, ignition is only reactivated once the gear change is fully complete. The special feature: The interruption times adapt adaptively to the respective shifting process. This effectively prevents the risk of premature ignition release, which can occur with systems with fixed interruption times, and ensures optimal performance with every gear change.

• Hardcut Limiter: With the Hardcut Limiter, the standard rev limiter of your EXC becomes a real racing limiter, ensuring an unmistakable riding experience. With the Hardcut Limiter, flames from the exhaust are guaranteed!

• Pops and Bangs: Give your KTM EXC 350 the final acoustic touch. Through our optimization, we can configure the overrun cut-off individually according to your wishes and the installed setup of your KTM EXC 350, and also assign it to the respective riding modes if desired.

Process:

2. Send your ECU well-packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries - Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We process the software of your ECU on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect, and ride.

Important
To offer you this service, it is necessary that you send us your removed ECU from your vehicle. As soon as we receive it, we will individually adapt your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU back to you with the modified software within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
Excessive use of the Hardcut Limiter can lead to engine damage.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory exhaust silencer (Akrapovic, FMF, etc.).
The ECU will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not externally visible. KTM testers function without restrictions. The software number remains unchanged.
