• Performance increase: We custom-write the tuning software and optimization for your KTM EXC 450 and adapt it to your installed hardware. This achieves an increase in power of approx. 3 to 4 HP and 4 to 6 NM of torque, or 7 to 8 HP with our FLAWLESS Performance Kit. In addition to the power increase, our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash improves rideability: the power delivery of your EXC 450 becomes significantly more homogeneous and smoother: the characteristics of your EXC 450 between the two mappings are spread even further, so that you have an even softer ride in the soft mapping and an even sportier ride and characteristic in the sport mapping. We also adjust the injection maps so that the air-fuel ratio values of your EXC 450 are now in the optimal range. This also achieves thermal relief for the exhaust valves and cylinder heads due to the resulting lower exhaust gas temperatures.

• FLAWLESS Performance Kit: During the development of our FLAWLESS Performance Kit for your KTM EXC 450, the main focus was always on developing a product that allows you to get the maximum rideability and performance increase from your KTM EXC 450 with minimal effort.
We achieved this goal with our in-house design of an intake in conjunction with an MWR Sport mushroom air filter:

– With our FLAWLESS Performance Kit, we increase the peak power of your EXC 450 by almost 7 to 8 HP. You also have a significantly longer power plateau, so that the power can be used for much longer.

• FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch: Full attack at the touch of a button? With this option, you can switch between 2 mappings on the handlebars of your KTM EXC 450, so that you have the stock mapping (restricted) on Map 1 and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all desired functions on Map 2! This allows you to switch between restricted and FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash on-the-ride.

Please specify in the comment field at checkout which restricted power level you would like on Map 1. By default, we program a restricted power level of 18HP, which corresponds to the original factory restriction.

• FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP: With our exclusive FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP, we retrofit the quickshifter for your KTM EXC 450 2017 to 2019 – without an additional sensor – for even faster upshifts without the clutch!
Due to our custom code in your ECU, you do not need an additional sensor. Our FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP works with the existing gear position sensor and uses the reference values of the sensor already learned in the ECU, so that no manual reading and adjustment of the reference values is necessary.

Thanks to the closed-loop system of our code, the ignition is only reactivated when the gear change is completely finished. The special thing about it: The interruption times adapt adaptively to the respective gear change. This effectively avoids the risk of premature ignition release, which can occur with systems with fixed interruption times, and ensures optimal performance with every gear change.

• Hardcut Limiter: The Hardcut Limiter turns the standard rev limiter of your EXC into a true race limiter, providing an unmistakable riding experience. With the Hardcut Limiter, flames from the exhaust are guaranteed!

• Pops and Bangs: Give your KTM EXC 450 the final acoustic touch. Through our optimization, we can configure the overrun cut-off individually according to your wishes and the installed setup of your KTM EXC 450, and if desired, also assign it to the respective riding modes.

Process:

2. Send your ECU well-packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries - Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We will process the software of your ECU on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and ride.

Important
In order to offer you this service, it is necessary that you send us your removed ECU from your vehicle. As soon as we receive it, we will customize your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. Usually, we will send your ECU with the modified software back to you within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
Excessive use of the Hardcut Limiter can lead to engine damage.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory silencer (Akrapovic, FMF, etc.).
The ECU is not damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not externally visible. KTM testers function without restriction. The software number remains unchanged.
