With this option, you can switch between 2 mappings on the handlebars of your KTM EXC 450, so that you have the stock mapping (restricted) on Map 1 and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all desired functions on Map 2! This allows you to switch between restricted and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash on-the-ride.

Please indicate in the comment field at checkout which restricted power level you would like for Map 1. By default, we program 18HP as the restricted power level, which corresponds to the original factory restriction.

• FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP: With our exclusive FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP, the quickshifter of your KTM EXC 450 works as it should – without an additional sensor – for more precise clutchless upshifts!
Thanks to our Custom Code in your control unit, the Quickshifter now performs significantly better and also from 1st gear. Our FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP works with the existing gear position sensor and uses the sensor's reference values already stored in the control unit, so no manual reading and adjustment of the reference values is necessary.

Through the closed-loop system of our code, ignition is only reactivated once the gear change is fully completed. The special feature here is that the interruption times adapt adaptively to the respective shifting process. This effectively avoids the risk of premature ignition release, which can occur with systems with fixed interruption times, and ensures optimal performance with every shift.

• Hardcut Limiter: With the Hardcut Limiter, the stock rev limiter of your EXC becomes a true racing limiter, providing an unmistakable riding experience. Flames from the exhaust are guaranteed with the Hardcut Limiter!

• Pops and Bangs: Give your KTM EXC 450 the ultimate acoustic refinement. Through our optimization, we can individually configure the overrun cut-off according to your wishes and the installed setup of your KTM EXC 450, and also assign it to the respective riding modes if desired.

2. Send your control unit or ECU well-packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries - Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We process the software of your control unit on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect, and ride.

Important
To offer you this service, it is necessary that you send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we receive it, we will individually adapt your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your control unit with the modified software back to you within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
Excessive use of the Hardcut Limiter can lead to engine damage.
To achieve the stated performance, it is necessary to use an accessory rear silencer (Akrapovic, FMF, etc.).
The control unit is not damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not externally visible. KTM testers function without restriction. The software number remains unchanged.
