• FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch: Full attack at the push of a button? With this option, you can switch between 2 mappings on the handlebars of your KTM EXC 500, so you have the standard mapping (restricted) on Map 1 and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all desired functions on Map 2! This allows you to switch between restricted and FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash on-the-ride.

Please indicate in the comment field at checkout which restricted power level you would like on Map 1. By default, we program the restricted power level to 18HP, which corresponds to the original factory restriction.

• FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP: With our exclusive FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP, we retrofit the quickshifter for your KTM EXC 500 2020 to 2023 – without an additional sensor – for even faster clutchless upshifts!
Due to our custom code in your ECU, you do not need an additional sensor. Our FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP works with the existing gear position sensor and uses the reference values of the sensor already stored in the ECU, so that no manual readout and adaptation of the reference values is necessary.

Thanks to the closed-loop system of our code, ignition is only reactivated when the gear change is completely finished. The special feature: The interruption times adapt adaptively to the respective shifting process. This effectively avoids the risk of premature ignition release, which can occur with systems with fixed interruption times, and ensures optimal performance with every shifting process.

• Hardcut Limiter: The Hardcut Limiter transforms the standard rev limiter of your EXC into a true race limiter, providing an unmistakable riding experience. Flames from the exhaust are guaranteed with the Hardcut Limiter!

• Pops and Bangs: Give your KTM EXC 500 the final acoustic touch. Through our optimization, we can configure the overrun fuel cut-off individually according to your wishes and the installed setup of your KTM EXC 500 and, if desired, also assign it to the respective riding modes.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your KTM EXC 500 with the desired options.
2. Send your ECU well-packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries - Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We will process the software of your ECU on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect, and ride.

Important
To offer you this service, it is necessary that you send us your removed ECU from your vehicle. As soon as we receive it, we will individually adapt your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU with the modified software back to you within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
Excessive use of the Hardcut Limiter can lead to engine damage.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory rear silencer (Akrapovic, FMF, etc.).
The ECU will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside. KTM testers function without restrictions. The software number remains unchanged.
