• FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch: Full attack at the touch of a button? With this option, you can switch between 2 mappings on the handlebars of your KTM EXC 500, so that you have the stock mapping (restricted) on Map 1 and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all desired functions on Map 2! This allows you to switch on-the-ride between restricted and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash.

Please specify in the comment field at checkout which restricted power level you would like on Map 1. By default, we program a restricted power level of 18 hp, which corresponds to the original factory restriction.

• FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP: With our exclusive FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP, the quickshifter of your KTM EXC 500 works as it should – without an additional sensor – for more precise clutchless upshifts!
Thanks to our custom code in your ECU, the quickshifter now performs significantly better and also works from 1st gear. Our FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP works with the existing gear position sensor and uses the sensor's reference values already learned in the ECU, so no manual reading and adjustment of the reference values is necessary.

Through the closed-loop system of our code, the ignition is only reactivated when the gear change is completely finished. The special feature here: The interruption times adapt adaptively to the respective shifting process. This effectively avoids the risk of premature ignition release, which can occur with systems with fixed interruption times, and ensures optimal performance with every shift.

• Hardcut Limiter: With the Hardcut Limiter, the stock rev limiter of your EXC becomes a real race limiter, providing an unmistakable riding experience. With the Hardcut Limiter, flames from the exhaust are guaranteed!

• Pops and Bangs: Give your KTM EXC 500 the final acoustic touch. Through our optimization, we can configure the overrun cut-off individually according to your wishes and the installed setup of your KTM EXC 500, and if desired, also assign it to the respective riding modes.

Process:

2. Send your ECU well-packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries - Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We will process the software of your ECU on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect, and ride.

Important
To offer you this service, it is necessary that you send us your removed ECU from your vehicle. As soon as we receive it, we will individually adapt your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your ECU with the modified software back to you within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the stated performance, it is necessary to use an accessory silencer (Akrapovic, FMF, etc.).
Excessive use of the Hardcut Limiter can lead to engine damage.
The ECU will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not externally visible. KTM testers function without restrictions. The software number remains unchanged.
