And all this without additional hardware - just by flashing your control unit.

• Power Increase: We individually write and adapt the tuning software or optimization for your KTM 690 ENDURO to your installed hardware. This achieves an increase in power of approx. 5 to 8 hp and 10 to 12 NM of torque. In addition to the increased power, our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash improves rideability: The power delivery of your 690 ENDURO becomes significantly more homogeneous and smoother. The annoying constant-throttle surging of your KTM is also completely eliminated after the ECU optimization, providing a significant improvement in rideability. Furthermore, our performance increase eliminates the known torque dip of your KTM at approx. 4500 rpm. We also adjust the injection maps so that the air-fuel ratio values of your 690 ENDURO are now in the optimal range. This also leads to a thermal relief of the exhaust valves and cylinder heads due to the resulting lower exhaust gas temperatures.

Our goal was to develop a product that offers you maximum performance enhancement and improved rideability with minimal effort - and that's exactly what we achieved:
– More power and torque: In combination with our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash, the Performance Kit increases the peak power of your KTM 690 Enduro by an impressive 9 to 10 hp. In the mid-range, you also benefit from a torque increase of 17 to 18 NM.

• FLAWLESS Gear Switch: With our FLAWLESS Gear Switch, your 690 ENDURO gets an additional riding mode – the Safemap. This offers you a third mode that is automatically activated when starting normally. In this mode, your ENDURO runs with the original mapping (A2 or A), regardless of which map you have selected via the FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch. However, as soon as you start the ignition with the second gear engaged, the engine control light in your speedometer will flash. This indicates that the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is now active in your individual configuration. After starting, the engine control light goes out, and you can use the full power of the ECU Performance Flash and now have both riding modes of your 690 ENDURO's map switch available. Please indicate in the comment box at checkout whether you want the Safemap. If so, whether the Safemap should be configured as a standard A-Map or standard A2-Map.

• FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch: Full attack at the push of a button? With this option, you can switch between 2 mappings on the handlebars of your KTM 690 ENDURO, so that you have the standard mapping on Map 1 and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all desired functions on Map 2!

• FLAWLESS Quickshifter: Discover our completely redesigned FLAWLESS Quickshift algorithm, which gives your 690 ENDURO unparalleled shift speed and sportiness! We have not only refined the interruption times but optimized the entire Quickshifter algorithm to offer you the ultimate quickshifter experience. For an even more intense riding experience, we optionally offer shift acoustics in Map 2, which adds an impressive soundscape to every gear change - perfect for those who seek maximum sportiness! Important - with a configuration including a catalytic converter, shift acoustics are not possible.

• Hardcut Limiter and Launch Control: With the Hardcut Limiter, your ENDURO's standard rev limiter becomes a true race limiter, providing an unmistakable driving experience. The Launch Control enables a perfect race start - accompanied by an impressive soundscape. In driving mode 2, when 1st gear is engaged, the revs are limited to 6500 rpm. As soon as your 690 ENDURO starts moving, the revs automatically increase according to the front wheel speed. Both the Hardcut Limiter and Launch Control guarantee flames from the exhaust!

Important: The Hardcut Limiter and Launch Control may only be used in conjunction with an exhaust system without a catalytic converter and without a DB killer. Please note that increased engine wear cannot be ruled out with excessive use.

• Linear-Throttle: The previous throttle response isn't good enough for you? Upon request, we program your throttle curve 1 to 1 with the throttle body position - 50% throttle means 50% throttle body position. For the ultimate response of your KTM 690 ENDURO!

• Pops and Bangs: Give your KTM 690 ENDURO the final acoustic polish. Through our optimization, we can configure the overrun cut-off individually according to your wishes and the installed setup of your KTM 690 ENDURO, and, if desired, also apply it to the respective riding modes. Important - with a catalyst configuration, only overrun burbles are possible.

Process:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your KTM 690 ENDURO with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well-packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries - Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We process the software of your control unit on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect, and ride.

Important
To offer you this service, it is necessary that you send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we have received it, we will individually adapt your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your control unit with the modified software back to you within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory slip-on muffler (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, etc.), a sport air filter (K&N Sport air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, etc.), and the Powerparts air filter cover or perforated cover. The upgrade air filter we offer is a K&N Sport air filter. The control unit will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside. KTM testers work without restrictions. The software number remains unchanged.
