Order inquiries

You've placed your order for your bike in our FLAWLESS Shop – awesome! What's next?

If your order is for a FLAWLESS Performance Flash, FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch, FLAWLESS Quickshifter-Retrofit, de-restriction or restriction, or a software optimization or modification to your control unit, please send us your removed bike control unit to the following address (only for swiss customers):

To allow us to assign your control unit, you must include the order number on a piece of paper inside the package with your control unit. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot assign your control unit.

For maximum flexibility, you can send your control unit to us with the shipping service provider of your choice. It is important that you insure your package and pack your control unit well. For outbound shipping, we recommend DPD, UPS, DHL, and DHL Express.

You do not need to send us the tracking number you received for the outbound shipment – we receive it automatically from the shipping service provider via our address.

You've sent off your control unit, but want to know if it has arrived?

You can see if your control unit has arrived with us by tracking it using the tracking number you received for the outbound shipment. Therefore, it is not necessary to write or call us to confirm if your control unit has actually arrived.

Oops - you sent your control unit to us - and now realized that you forgot the order number in the package...

Don't worry - your control unit won't get lost. Please send us an email here at de.support.shop@flawless-industries.de. In the email, tell us that you forgot your order number, and include your order number and the VIN of your bike.

Please understand if your order takes longer in this case, as we first have to assign your control unit by reading out the VIN. But we will still hurry. We promise.

Your control unit has arrived? Perfect!

To get you back on your bike and trying out our Flash as quickly as possible, we will now process your control unit within the next 24 hours. To ensure we can process your control unit directly, it is important that the order number is included.
In exceptional cases (1%), however, processing your control unit may take up to 48 hours. We therefore ask for your understanding if it takes a little longer.

As soon as your control unit has been processed, you will receive your tracking ID from us. This will also show you that your control unit has been processed. Therefore, it is not necessary for you to write or call us again regarding your processing status.

Once your control unit has been processed by us, you will receive a tracking ID that you can use to track your control unit on its way back to you. The tracking number will be sent to the registered phone number via SMS. Therefore, please ensure that the provided number is correct.
It may take up to 24 hours for your control unit's tracking to become active with A-Post.

We ship your package via A-Post by default. This means your package will arrive within 1–2 business days anywhere in Switzerland.

If you need your package even faster, you can opt for expedited shipping at checkout.

Your ECU is on its way to us, and suddenly the weather forecast changes or your friends ask you to join a rideout with your bike? Can you pick up the ECU so you can still ride tomorrow?

For you and your bike, we even work late into the night! Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to pick up your ECU from us. Therefore, you'll have to be a little patient. Both we and FedEx are working hard to get you back on the road as quickly as possible!

If you have not yet sent in your control unit, you can note the change on the paper you include with your order so that our technicians can take it into account. Unfortunately, information sent by email cannot be taken into account due to logistical reasons.

If you have already sent off your control unit, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change your setup or configuration due to logistical reasons.

Technical Questions

Of course! In addition to our shop items, we also offer our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flashes and more for your bike.

Simply send us a short email with your motorcycle's details (make, model, year of manufacture) and a picture of your installed ECU to de.support.shop@flawless-industries.de. Our colleagues will be happy to assist you!

Immediately after the flashing process, the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light) may illuminate. During flashing, temporary entries are created in the fault memory. Although these are still stored after the process is complete, they are no longer active.

As a rule, the MIL will go out on its own after the tenth engine start at the latest.

Alternatively, the fault memory can be cleared at any time with a commercially available OBD2 tester.


If the MIL does not go out automatically, please send us an email with your order number and a brief description of the fault to de.support.shop@flawless-industries.de. Our colleagues will be happy to help you!

If your dealer performs a software update on the engine control unit, the installed optimization will usually be overwritten.

No problem: You can send your ECU back to us at any time. We have, of course, archived your individual tuning data and will quickly and easily re-flash it for you.

No. Professional software optimization generally does not affect regular maintenance or diagnostic work carried out by your dealer.

Service work such as inspections, fault diagnostics, or mechanical repairs can be performed as usual. Communication via the diagnostic interface (OBD) remains fully functional.

All teach-in processes can be carried out as usual.
