And all this without additional hardware - simply by flashing your control unit.

We can also offer the so-called Full Mapswitch for the Euro 5 Plus models! With our Full Mapswitch, you can now not only set the Linear Throttle to one mapping or riding mode, but the complete FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash - including all options such as lambda control, deceleration fuel cut-off, shift pops, and, of course, power increase.

• Performance Increase: We individually write and adapt the tuning software or optimization for your KTM 690 SMC-R to your installed hardware. This results in an additional power output of approx. 2.5 to 3.5 hp at peak and 20 to 23 NM more torque at approx. 4500 RPM. In addition to the power increase, our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash improves rideability: The power delivery of your 690 Enduro becomes significantly more homogeneous and smoother. The annoying constant velocity surging of your KTM also completely disappears after the ECU optimization, providing a significant improvement in rideability. Furthermore, our performance increase eliminates the known torque dip of your KTM at approx. 4500 rpm. We also adjust the injection maps so that the air-fuel ratio values of your 690 Enduro are now in the optimal range. This also leads to thermal relief for the exhaust valves and cylinder heads due to the resulting lower exhaust gas temperatures.

• FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch: Full attack at the touch of a button? With this option, you can switch between mappings on the handlebars of your KTM 690 Enduro, so you have the series mapping available in one riding mode and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all desired functions in the other riding mode!

• FLAWLESS Quickshifter: Discover our newly developed FLAWLESS Quickshift algorithm, which gives your 690 Enduro unparalleled shifting speed and sportiness! We have not only refined the interruption times but optimized the entire Quickshifter algorithm to offer you the ultimate Quickshifter experience. For an even more intense riding experience, we optionally offer shift acoustics in Track and Sport riding modes, which provides an impressive soundscape for every gear change - perfect for those seeking maximum sportiness! Important - shift acoustics are not possible with a catalytic converter configuration.

• Hardcut Limiter: With the Hardcut Limiter, the standard rev limiter of your Enduro becomes a true racing limiter, providing an unmistakable riding experience. Flames from the exhaust are guaranteed with the Hardcut Limiter!

Important: The Hardcut Limiter may only be used in conjunction with an exhaust system without a catalytic converter and without a DB killer. Please note that increased engine wear cannot be ruled out with excessive use.

• Optimized Fan Temperature: Your engine stays cooler! We lower the fan activation temperature from 100°C to 95°C – for earlier cooling, more thermal stability, and less thermal stress for your engine.

• Linear-Throttle: The previous throttle response is not good enough for you? Upon request, we program your throttle grip curve 1 to 1 with the throttle body curve - 50% throttle grip means 50% throttle body position. For the ultimate throttle response of your KTM 690 Enduro.

• Pops and Bangs: Give your KTM 690 Enduro the final acoustic refinement. Through our optimization, we can individually configure the deceleration fuel cut-off according to your wishes and the installed setup of your KTM 690 Enduro and, if desired, assign it to the respective riding modes. Important - only deceleration crackle is possible with a catalyst setup.

Process:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your KTM 690 Enduro with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well-packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries - Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany)
3. We process the software of your control unit on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect, and ride.

To offer you this service, it is necessary that you send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we receive it, we will individually adapt your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your control unit with the modified software back to you within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory rear silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, etc.), a sport air filter (K&N sport air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, etc.), and the Powerparts air filter cover or perforated cover. The upgrade air filter we offer is a K&N sport air filter. The control unit will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not externally visible. KTM testers function without restriction. The software number remains unchanged.
