Important information on appointment cancellations / postponements (withdrawal) or no-shows
We kindly request all customers to inform us in good time – at least 7 days in advance – if they need to cancel, reschedule, or postpone an on-site tuning/individual dyno tuning appointment or any other on-site appointment.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to and including 7 days before delivery: Free of charge
- Cancellation 6 to 2 days before delivery: 50% of the order total.
- Cancellation less than 2 days before delivery: 100% of the order total.
In exceptional cases and under mitigating circumstances, we may, as a gesture of goodwill, grant a one-time exemption from the cancellation fee.
Alternatively, in case of a postponement, we offer a different appointment. If this rescheduled appointment also cannot be kept, the aforementioned cancellation fees will apply.
Should customers arrive more than 60 minutes late without prior notification, this will be considered a no-show.
Should we have to reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, no fees will be charged to the customer.
