Do you still have questions about the order?

You placed an order for your bike in our FLAWLESS shop – awesome! Now what?

If your order is for a FLAWLESS Performance Flash, FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch, FLAWLESS Quickshifter retrofit, a de- or restriction or a software optimization or modification to your control unit, send us your removed control unit from your bike to the following address:

In order to assign your control unit, you must enclose the order number on a piece of paper in the package. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot assign your control unit.

To give you the greatest possible flexibility, you can send your control unit to us using the shipping provider of your choice. It is important that you insure your package and pack your control unit well. We recommend DPD, UPS, DHL and DHL Express for the outward shipment.

You do not need to send us the shipment number you received for the outward shipment – we will receive it automatically through our address from the shipping service provider.

You have sent your control unit, but you want to know whether it has arrived?

You can see whether your control unit has arrived at our premises by tracking the shipment using the shipment number you received for the outward shipment. It is therefore not necessary to write or call us to find out whether your control unit has actually arrived.

Fuck – you sent your control unit to us – and now you’ve realized that you forgot the order number in the package…

Don’t worry – your control unit won’t get lost. Please send us an email to en.support.shop@flawless-industries.de. Please write in your email that you have forgotten your order number, state your order number and the chassis number of your bike.

Please be understanding if your order takes longer in this case, as we first have to assign your control unit by reading the chassis number. We will hurry though. That’s a promise.

Have you sent us your control unit? Perfect!

We will now process your control unit within the next 24 hours so that you can get back on your bike and try out our flash as quickly as possible. To enable us to process your control unit immediately, it is important that you enclose the order number.
In exceptional cases (1%), however, it may take up to 48 hours to process your control unit. We therefore ask for your understanding if it takes a little longer.

As soon as your control unit has been processed, you will receive your tracking ID from us. Here you can also see that your control unit has been processed. Therefore, it is not necessary for you to write or call us again regarding your processing status.

As soon as we have processed your control unit, you will receive your tracking ID from us, which you can use to track your control unit on its way back to you.
It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking of your control unit to be active at DPD.

Your control unit is on its way to us and suddenly the weather forecast changes or your friends ask you to go on a rideout with your bike? Can you pick up the control unit so that you can still ride tomorrow?

We will work late into the night for you and your bike! Unfortunately, however, it is not possible for you to pick up your control unit from us. So you’ll have to be patient. However, we and DPD are working hard to get you back on the road as soon as possible!
