Our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is now available for the Kawasaki Z 900 70 kW from model year 2025 onwards.
With this, we get significantly more out of your Z 900 than you would get from a standard de-restriction.
The dealer limit is 95 hp
The Z 900 70 kW is restricted from the factory to 48 hp, making it A2 compliant. Once you have your full license, you would normally have your motorcycle de-restricted at the dealer.
The result: 95 hp. There is nothing more to be gained from the 70 kW version via the dealer.
This is exactly where we come in.
approx. 125 hp with the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash
With our ECU Performance Flash, we achieve approx. 125 hp on the Z 900 70 kW, which is about 30 hp more than the dealer de-restriction and almost three times the A2 power.
On top of that, you get +10 to +12 Nm more torque.

To achieve this, we adjust the injection, ignition, lambda control, and throttle valve mapping directly within the stock software of your original ECU. No piggyback, no auxiliary control unit, no additional hardware.
An aftermarket end muffler and a sports air filter are required for the full performance increase. We tune every piece of software individually to the setup of your Z 900.
More than just peak performance
In addition to the power gain, we primarily optimize the riding experience:
- significantly smoother power delivery
- more direct throttle response
- reduced or eliminated constant-throttle jerkiness
- optimized AFR values and lower exhaust temperatures
The result is a Z 900 that is not only more powerful but also rides cleaner and is more controllable.
Power Mapswitch – switchable via KTRC levels
The 70 kW version of the Z 900 no longer has riding modes from 2025 onwards. Therefore, we use the KTRC levels for our optional FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch.
The A2 power is retained on a restricted KTRC level, while the full Performance Flash is available on the open levels.
Extensive options
You can also extensively configure your flash for the Z 900:
- Quickshifter and blipper, directly in the original ECU, we provide the sensor
- Pops & Bangs, from subtle burbles to overrun pops, assigned to specific KTRC levels upon request
- Lowered fan temperature, switch-on and switch-off points are each approx. 4 °C earlier
- Vmax limiter removed
- Immobilizer deactivated for track use
