FLAWLESS Performance Kit for KTM EXC 450 / 500 2012 to 2016

When developing our FLAWLESS Performance Kit for your KTM EXC 500, the main focus was always on creating a product that allows you to get maximum rideability and performance gains from your KTM EXC 500 with minimal effort.
Through our own in-house design of an intake in conjunction with a K&N sport mushroom air filter, we were able to achieve this goal:

– With our FLAWLESS Performance Kit, we increase the performance – in conjunction with our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash – of your EXC 500 by approximately 4 to 5 hp at peak.
– Significantly more homogeneous power band across the entire rev range – the driving experience is significantly enhanced, becoming more powerful and sportier.

Disclaimer and Terms of Use

The FLAWLESS Performance Kit is manufactured using the FDM process with TPU. The choice of material guarantees the necessary temperature resistance as well as resistance to oils and gasoline. TPU is a UV and weather-resistant material.

Please note that the FLAWLESS Performance Kit alters the motorcycle's fuel mixture. During our development work, the mixture did not reach dangerous AFR values ​​even without ECU adjustment. However, we cannot guarantee this, especially in combination with other modifications. We therefore strongly recommend ECU remapping by FLAWLESS Industries or another qualified workshop.

We expressly point out that, unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products will invalidate the vehicle's operating permit and, according to the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), the vehicle may no longer be driven on public roads. After installation, an operating permit for the entire vehicle must be obtained in accordance with Section 21 of the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO). Failure to comply with this obligation expressly disclaims all liability for any fines, administrative offenses, vehicle impoundments, criminal charges, or similar consequences. All products (unless explicitly marked otherwise) are not permitted for use on public roads and are intended exclusively for motorsports, closed tracks, or off-road use.

Vehicles do not automatically receive a full warranty and/or guarantee through our products. The warranty always refers only to the respective product itself, not to other vehicle parts (such as the engine, transmission, turbocharger, etc.).
