Honda CRF 450 R and RX Tuning 2021 to 2026 – what the Performance Flash achieves
The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash replaces the stock software in the original ECU of Honda CRF 450 R and RX models from 2021 to 2026. Fuel injection, ignition, lambda control, and the throttle valve map are adjusted, resulting in approximately 2 to 3 hp more power, 4 to 6 Nm more torque, and significantly more distinct characteristics between the three mappings, all without the need for additional hardware on the motorcycle.
Unlike piggyback modules or auxiliary control units, we modify the stock software directly. The optimization remains invisible from the outside, the ECU software number does not change, and Honda diagnostic tools can still be used without restrictions.
We tailor each software individually to your motorcycle and the hardware actually installed. Optionally, it can be combined with a hardcut limiter and a custom-configured overrun fuel cut for pops & bangs – both of which can be assigned to a specific riding mode.

Performance upgrade for the Honda CRF 450 R

In addition to improved drivability, this can also reduce thermal stress. Adjusted mixture preparation results in lower exhaust gas temperatures, which can thermally relieve the exhaust valves and cylinder heads in particular.
Hardcut limiter for the Honda CRF 450 R
With the optional hardcut limiter, we change the characteristic of the stock rev limiter on your Honda CRF 450 R. Instead of the soft stock limiter, you get a much more aggressive hardcut or racing limiter, which also creates flames from the exhaust.
When ordering, you can select which riding mode the hardcut limiter should be active in.
Important: Excessive use of the hardcut limiter can lead to engine damage.
Pops & Bangs and overrun crackle for the Honda CRF 450 R
We adapt the overrun fuel cut of your Honda CRF 450 R individually to your preferences and the installed setup – from subtle burbles to clearly audible pops and bangs.
