To provide you with this service, you must send us the control unit removed from your vehicle. Once we receive it, we will customize your FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch. We generally return your control unit with the modified software within 24 hours so you can reinstall it as soon as possible. The control unit is not damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch is not visible from the outside.
