KTM 125 Duke Tuning 2009 to 2016 – what the Performance Flash achieves
The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash replaces the stock software in the original KTM 125 Duke ECU for model years 2009 to 2016. We adjust the injection, ignition, lambda control, and throttle valve characteristic map – resulting in approximately 3 HP more power and an eliminated torque dip, without the need for additional hardware on the motorcycle.
Unlike piggyback modules or auxiliary control units, we intervene directly in the stock software. The optimization remains invisible from the outside, the ECU software number does not change, and KTM diagnostic tools can continue to be used without restriction.
We tune every software individually to your motorcycle and the actual hardware installed. Optionally combinable with an individually configured overrun fuel cut-off for pops & bangs.

Performance increase for the KTM 125 Duke
We write the tuning software individually for your KTM 125 Duke and adapt the maps to the hardware installed on your motorcycle.
Depending on the setup, we achieve a power increase of approximately +3 HP.
The well-known torque dip of the KTM 125 Duke at approx. 4,500 rpm is significantly reduced or eliminated by our ECU optimization.
Beyond the pure power increase, we primarily improve power delivery. The 125 Duke accelerates more homogeneously and smoothly and responds more directly to throttle inputs overall.
The typical constant throttle jerk of the 125 Duke is also significantly reduced or eliminated by the optimized maps.
Optimized injection and AFR values of the KTM 125 Duke
As part of the KTM 125 Duke ECU tuning, we also adapt the injection maps. This brings the Air-Fuel-Ratio (AFR) values of your 125 Duke into a range optimized for the respective setup.
In addition to improved drivability, this can also reduce thermal stress. Adjusted mixture preparation leads to lower exhaust gas temperatures, which can specifically relieve thermal stress on exhaust valves and cylinder heads.
Pops & Bangs and overrun burbles on the KTM 125 Duke
We adjust the overrun fuel cut-off of your KTM 125 Duke individually to your wishes and the installed setup – from subtle burbles to clearly audible pops and bangs.
Important: For setups with a catalytic converter, only a subtle burble is possible. Please indicate when ordering whether your 125 Duke is equipped with a cat, and we will adjust the configuration accordingly.

- a sport air filter, e.g., from K&N, BMC, or Rade Garage
Without these components, the specified power gain cannot be fully realized. The other functions of the optimization – drivability, AFR values, and overrun fuel cut-off – are available to you regardless.

No additional hardware necessary
No additional control unit is installed on the motorcycle for the software optimization. Your original ECU is programmed by us. The ECU is not opened or damaged in the process and remains externally unchanged.
The software number of your ECU remains unchanged, and KTM diagnostic tools can continue to be used without restriction.

Can I continue to use a KTM tester?
Yes. KTM diagnostic tools continue to work without restriction because the software number of the ECU remains unchanged.
Does the ECU have to be opened for programming?
No. The ECU is not opened or damaged during programming. The optimization is also not recognizable from the outside.
How long does the processing take?
After your ECU arrives, processing usually takes place within 24 hours. For shipments from Switzerland, the processing time is usually 24 to 72 hours.
