With the FLAWLESS ECU flash, you get a genuine KTM 1390 Super Adventure performance upgrade: The performance flash replaces the stock software in the original ECU of the KTM 1390 Super Adventure R from the 2025 model year onwards. Injection, ignition, lambda control, and the throttle valve characteristic curve are adjusted – resulting in approximately +6 hp more power and +12 Nm more torque at 5,500 rpm, without any additional hardware on the motorcycle.
Unlike piggyback modules or auxiliary control units, we intervene directly in the stock software. The optimization remains invisible from the outside, the software number of the ECU does not change, and KTM diagnostic tools can still be used without restrictions.
We tune every piece of software individually to your motorcycle and the hardware actually installed. It can be combined with a deactivated touch-display warning, linear throttle, map switching via ride modes, an adjusted engine brake, the removal of the top-speed limit, a deactivatable immobilizer, and an individually configured fuel cut-off for pops & bangs.

Depending on the setup, we achieve an increase in power of approx. +6 hp.
At 5,500 rpm, you have an additional approx. +12 Nm of torque available – exactly in the rev range where you are most frequently on the road during tours, when overtaking, and while riding with luggage or a passenger.

By default, a warning message regarding the operation of the touch display appears on the dashboard of your 1390 Super Adventure R at every start, which you have to confirm.
As a small comfort feature, we have deactivated this message with our performance flash – ignition on, start, ride off.
ECU flash: optimized injection and AFR values of the KTM 1390 Super Adventure R
As part of the KTM 1390 Super Adventure R performance upgrade via ECU flash, we also adjust the injection maps. This brings the air-fuel ratio (AFR) values of your 1390 Super Adventure R into an optimal range for your specific setup.
At the same time, we achieve thermal relief for the exhaust valves and cylinder heads, as exhaust gas temperatures decrease due to the adjusted mixture preparation.
Linear throttle for the KTM 1390 Super Adventure R
Is the current response not good enough for you? Upon request, we program your throttle grip curve 1:1 to the throttle valve curve. Here, 50% throttle grip position corresponds exactly to 50% throttle valve position.
This gives you a significantly more direct and better-controllable response from your KTM 1390 Super Adventure R.

Give your KTM 1390 Super Adventure R the final acoustic touch. We configure the fuel cut-off individually according to your wishes and to suit your installed setup – from subtle overrun burble to clearly audible pops and bangs.
On request, we can assign this function specifically to individual ride modes. This allows you to ride subtly in one mode and activate the full acoustics in another.

Without these components, the specified performance increase cannot be fully realized. Do I need a sport exhaust or sport air filter for the KTM 1390 Super Adventure performance upgrade?
Yes, for the stated performance upgrade – an accessory rear silencer and a sport air filter are required for the 1390 Super Adventure R. The other optimization functions are available to you even with stock hardware.
Does the optimization also work with a catalytic converter?
