• FLAWLESS Power Map Switch: Using the riding modes of your KTM 690 SMC-R, our FLAWLESS Power Map Switch lets you switch between restricted (A2 mapping) and unrestricted power: We assign the unrestricted power to your desired riding mode. This allows you to switch between restricted and unrestricted power on the fly.

• FLAWLESS Gearswitch: With the Gearswitch option, we can lock the riding mode selection on your KTM. When you start the motorcycle normally, only the STREET riding mode is active. While you can change the selection on the speedometer, STREET remains stored in the ECU. However, if you start your motorcycle in 2nd gear , the riding mode selection is unlocked again – you can switch between modes as usual. This is indicated by the flashing engine warning light before the engine starts. If you would like us to activate the Gearswitch for you, please specify this in the comments section of your order.

The software number and the sticker on the control unit remain unchanged.

Process:
1. Order the FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch or your derestriction kit with mapswitch for your KTM 690 SMC-R.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany)
3. We process the software of your control unit on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect and drive off.

Important
To offer you this service, you need to send us your removed ECU from your vehicle. Once we receive it, we will customize your FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch. We typically return your ECU with the modified software within 24 hours so you can reinstall it as quickly as possible. The ECU will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch is not visible from the outside.
