KTM EXC 300 TBI Tuning – what the Performance Flash achieves
The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash replaces the stock software in your KTM EXC 300 TBI’s original control unit. The injection, power valve, and electronic oil pump maps are adjusted, resulting in a significant increase in power, noticeably higher torque, smoother throttle response, and better lubrication, without the need for additional hardware on the motorcycle.
Unlike auxiliary control units, we intervene directly in the stock software. The optimization remains invisible from the outside, the ECU software number does not change, and KTM diagnostic tools can still be used without restrictions.
We write the software individually for your motorcycle and the hardware actually installed. For the EXC 300 TBI, an additional third ride mode, the FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch, and the FLAWLESS Startup Map are also included.

Performance increase for the KTM EXC 300 TBI
We write the tuning software individually for your KTM EXC 300 TBI and adapt it precisely to your installed hardware. This allows you to achieve a significant increase in power as well as noticeably higher torque.

With our software optimization, we eliminate the annoying jerking in the partial load range of your EXC 300 TBI.
This gives you, among other things, a significantly smoother throttle response between idle and 50% throttle – exactly the range in which you spend most of your time off-road.
Optimized injection, power valve, and AFR values for the KTM EXC 300 TBI
We also adjust the injection and power valve maps. This keeps the Air-Fuel Ratio (AFR) values and the exhaust gas temperature of your EXC 300 TBI in the optimal range.
This benefits not only performance but also the thermal load on your engine.
More 2-stroke oil due to adjusted oil pump maps
Your EXC 300 TBI has an electronic oil pump. By adjusting its maps, we increase the injected 2-stroke oil volume.
The result is significantly better lubrication for your engine – a point that counts for a lot when a two-stroke is ridden aggressively.
Third ride mode for the KTM EXC 300 TBI
With the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash, we also activate a third ride mode for your EXC 300 TBI. You trigger it by pressing the buttons for Map 1 and Map 2 simultaneously.
If we program the Performance Flash for all maps, you have the following configuration:
- Map 1 – Gravel Map / Low Power
- Map 2 – Enduro Map / Linear Power
- Map 3 – MX Map / Full Power
If we only program the Performance Flash for one map, the MX Map / Full Power is active there.
FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch for the KTM EXC 300 TBI
Full attack at the push of a button? With the FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch, you can switch between two power levels directly on the handlebars of your EXC 300 TBI.
One map then contains the complete FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash, while the other two contain the power restricted to 18 hp. This allows you to switch between the restricted version and the full optimization while riding.
FLAWLESS Startup Map for the KTM EXC 300 TBI
With the FLAWLESS Startup Map, you determine which map is active when you start your bike. Your EXC 300 TBI will then jump directly into the map you selected every time it starts.
Individual tuning for your setup
Every software optimization for the KTM EXC 300 TBI is tuned to your motorcycle's installed setup. Please provide the following information in the comment field at checkout when placing your order:

No additional control unit is installed on the motorcycle for the software optimization. Your original ECU is programmed by us. The control unit is not opened or damaged, and it remains unchanged from the outside.
The software number of your ECU remains unchanged, and KTM diagnostic tools can continue to be used without restriction.

How do I activate the third ride mode?
By pressing the buttons for Map 1 and Map 2 simultaneously. If the Performance Flash is on all maps, you have Map 1 as Gravel Map / Low Power, Map 2 as Enduro Map / Linear Power, and Map 3 as MX Map / Full Power.
How does the FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch work?

Yes. KTM diagnostic tools continue to function without restriction because the ECU software number remains unchanged.
Does the control unit have to be opened for programming?
No. The ECU is not opened or damaged during programming. The optimization is also not recognizable from the outside.
How long does the processing take?
After your ECU arrives, processing usually takes place within 24 hours. For shipments from Switzerland, the processing time is usually 24 to 72 hours.
