With our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash, we individually optimize the engine control unit of your KTM EXC 350 – for more power, more torque, improved handling, and numerous additional functions.

And all this without an additional control unit or external tuning box – exclusively through the targeted optimization of your original ECU.

• Power increase: Depending on the setup, our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash achieves approximately +1.5–2 hp and +2–4 Nm of torque. In conjunction with our optional FLAWLESS Performance Kit, up to +3–4 hp peak power is possible.

In addition to the pure power increase, we optimize the power delivery across the entire rev range and ensure more homogeneous, smoother, and more powerful handling.

We adapt the injection maps individually to your installed setup and optimize the air-fuel ratio. This can reduce exhaust gas temperatures and thermally relieve the engine, exhaust valves, and cylinder head.

• FLAWLESS Performance Kit – Optional: When developing our FLAWLESS Performance Kit for your KTM EXC 350, the focus was on extracting maximum performance and rideability from your motorcycle with minimal effort.

• CAN-Bus Map Switch Retrofit: For using the 3rd map and other additional functions, the new CAN-Bus Map Switch is required.

If you select the retrofit, we will include the appropriate map switch and the necessary adapter directly.

The map switch does not need to be ordered separately.

• FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch: Full attack at the touch of a button?

With our FLAWLESS Power Mapswitch, you can switch between 2 maps or 3 maps with appropriate configuration while riding.

For example, you can store the standard mapping or the restricted configuration on Map 1 and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all desired functions on Map 2.

This allows you to switch between different mappings on-the-ride.

You can select exactly which functions can be controlled via the map switch directly in the configurator.

• FLAWLESS Gearswitch: With the FLAWLESS Gearswitch, you can specifically block additional maps and only unlock them via a defined starting procedure.

When the motorcycle starts normally, only Map 1 is active.

However, if you start your motorcycle in 2nd gear, the map selection is reactivated, and you can then switch between the available maps as usual.

You can activate the FLAWLESS Gearswitch directly in the configurator.

• FLAWLESS Startup Map: With the FLAWLESS Startup Map, you can specify which map your motorcycle automatically starts in after each start.

For example, if you select "Start in Map 1", your bike will always start in Map 1 – regardless of which map was active before switching off.

• FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP: With our exclusive FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP, we enable precise and fast upshifts without clutch actuation.

Thanks to our specially developed custom code in the engine control unit, the quickshifter works much more precisely and already functions when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear.

Our FLAWLESS Quickshifter GP works with the existing gear position sensor and uses the reference values already learned in the control unit. This eliminates the need for manual reading or individual adjustment of these values.

Thanks to the closed-loop system of our code, ignition is only re-enabled once the gear change is fully completed.

The interruption time adapts adaptively to the respective shift. This prevents the ignition from being reactivated too early, as can happen with systems with fixed interruption times.

We can retrofit the quickshifter on all models from 2017.

No additional sensor needs to be installed for this.

Optionally, we also offer the popular shift acoustics or shift crackle.

In the configurator, you can choose on which map the shift acoustics should be active – and on which not.

• FLAWLESS Hardcut Limiter: With the FLAWLESS Hardcut Limiter, we activate an additional 2-step limiter.

You can select directly in the configurator when or on which map the Hardcut Limiter should be active.

Depending on the setup, the Hardcut Limiter provides particularly aggressive acoustics and can cause visible flames from the exhaust.

• FLAWLESS Launch Control: With our FLAWLESS Launch Control, we bring the launch function known from the SX-F and FC models to your KTM EXC 350.

Optionally, we also offer a Launch Control with acoustic function.

During the launch phase, the Hardcut Limiter is active and provides aggressive hardcut acoustics and – depending on the setup – visible flame generation.

As soon as you release the clutch, you can continue the launch process as usual.

• Pops & Bangs: Give your KTM EXC 350 the final acoustic fine-tuning.

Through our software optimization, we can individually adjust the overrun cut-off to your setup and your wishes.

In addition, we can specifically assign the Pops & Bangs function to individual maps.

For example, you can run a subtle tune on one map and activate full acoustics on another map.

Please specify your setup in the comment field at checkout. It is important to mention which exhaust silencer (Akrapovic, FMF, ...), which header, and which air filter (K&N sport air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, ...) you have installed.

Process:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your KTM EXC 350 with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well-packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries - Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany).
3. We process the software of your control unit on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect, and ride.

Important
To provide you with this service, it is necessary that you send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we receive it, we will individually adapt your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your control unit with the modified software back to you within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the stated performance, it is necessary to use an accessory exhaust silencer (Akrapovic, FMF, etc.).
Excessive use of the Hardcut Limiter can lead to engine damage.
The control unit is not damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside. KTM testers work without restrictions. The software number remains unchanged.
