Quickshifter sensor push shifting control

The Shifting ContRoll quickshifter sensor is a precise pressure sensor for clutchless gear changes on motorcycles with a suitable control unit or add-on module.

Push (pressure sensor) – for shift linkages with pressure load during upshifts

The sensor element is installed in a robust aluminum housing and designed for use in sporty road and race operation. Activation is load-dependent via an integrated strain gauge structure, which ensures fast and reproducible signal transmission to the control unit.

Scope of delivery: Sensor, connecting cable and threaded rods

The sensor is suitable for new builds, race conversions, or as a replacement for existing quickshifter systems. A prerequisite is a compatible control unit or ECU with FLAWLESS quickshifter programming.

Technical design and selection (Push/Pull) depend on the respective shift kinematics of the motorcycle. Before ordering, it should be checked whether the vehicle operates on push or pull when shifting up.
