This also achieves thermal relief for the exhaust valves and cylinder heads due to the resulting lower exhaust gas temperatures.

We at FLAWLESS Industries program the quickshifter into your original ECU of your Yamaha XSR 700 with our quickshifter retrofit – for even faster upshifts without a clutch! Completely without an additional control unit. Select the option, connect a compatible sensor, and off you go!

The connection instructions will be provided by us. You are responsible for connecting and installing the sensor yourself. 

• Fan temperature: It's not just you who wants to keep a cool head? By adjusting the fan temperature, your XSR 700 always remains within the optimal temperature window even with a very sporty riding style, as we lower both the switch-on and switch-off temperature of the fans by approx. 4 degrees.

• Deceleration fuel cut-off: Give your Yamaha XSR 700 the final acoustic touch. With our optimization, we can configure the pops & bangs individually according to your wishes and the setup installed on your XSR 700. Important – with a catalytic converter configuration, only a deceleration rumble is possible.

• Top-Speed-Limit: To ensure that propulsion doesn't stop, we remove the Vmax limiter.

• Immobilizer: Are you riding your XSR 700 on the racetrack or in a rally? Then we can deactivate the immobilizer for you, so you can start your motorcycle even without an ignition key.

FLAWLESS Performance Cover
When developing our FLAWLESS Performance Cover for the Yamaha XSR 700, the main focus was always to create a product that allows the rider to get the maximum drivability and performance increase out of their Yamaha XSR 700 with minimal effort.
We achieved this goal with our proprietary design of an air filter cover, which offers significantly better airflow compared to the standard cover:
- In the speed range between 4000 and 6500 rpm, we completely eliminate the typical torque dip. Especially in conjunction with our FLAWLESS Performance Flash / ECU Reflash, we achieve a torque increase of up to 11 NM here.
- With our FLAWLESS Performance Cover, we increase peak torque by almost 9 NM.
- Significantly more homogeneous power band across the entire speed range - the riding experience is significantly enhanced and the annoying torque dip is eliminated.

You can adjust the optimization or mapping directly during the order process according to your wishes. The selection fields are available for this.
Please specify the setup you are using in the comment field at checkout when placing your order. It is important to mention which exhaust silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, …) and which air filter (K&N sport air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, …) you have installed, as well as whether you have a catalytic converter.

Process:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your Yamaha XSR 700 2021 to 2024 with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well-packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany)
3. We process the software of your control unit on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect, and ride.

Important
To be able to offer you this service, it is necessary that you send us your removed control unit from your vehicle. As soon as we have received it, we will individually adapt your FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. We usually send your control unit with the modified software back to you within 24 hours, so you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the stated performance, it is necessary to use an accessory exhaust silencer (LeoVince, Remus, Austin Racing, Arrow, Akrapovic, etc.) and a sport air filter (K&N sport air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, etc.). The control unit will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside.
