The annoying constant throttle jerking of your Yamaha also disappears completely after the ECU optimization, providing you with a significant increase in rideability. Furthermore, our performance increase eliminates the well-known torque dip of your Yamaha at approx. 4,500 rpm. We adjust the injection maps so that the air-fuel ratio values of your YZF-R1 are now in the optimal range. This also results in thermal relief for the exhaust valves and cylinder heads due to the resulting lower exhaust gas temperatures.

• Gear limiter: Even more pulling power in gears 1 through 4 and 6! We remove the power restriction in the respective gears of your Yamaha YZF-R1 RN22 so that you have even more power and pull available. For the ultimate riding experience!

• Fan temperature: Not only do you want to keep a cool head? By adjusting the fan temperature, your YZF-R1 always stays within the optimal temperature window, even when riding in a very sporty manner, as we lower both the fan switch-on and switch-off temperatures by approx. 4 degrees.

• FLAWLESS Quickshifter: Do you want to shift gears without the clutch like a MotoGP rider and ride without compromise? At FLAWLESS Industries, we program the quickshifter directly into your original Yamaha YZF-R1 ECU with our quickshifter retrofit – for even faster upshifts without the clutch! Completely without an additional control unit. Select the option, connect a compatible sensor, and off you go!

You can order the correct quickshifter sensor from our shop. You will need the following sensor:

Quickshifter - standard shift pattern: Push sensor

Quickshifter - reverse shift pattern: Pull sensor

The installation instructions will be included with your order. You must perform the connection and installation of the sensor yourself accordingly.

• Fuel cut-off: Give your Yamaha YZF-R1 the final acoustic polish. Through our optimization, we can configure the fuel cut-off individually to your wishes and the setup installed on your YZF-R1. Important – if configured with a catalytic converter, only a "crackle" is possible.

• Top speed limiter: If you select this option, we will remove the top speed limitations in the ECU.

• Immobilizer: Riding your YZF-R1 on the racetrack? We can deactivate the immobilizer for you so that you can start your motorcycle without an ignition key.

• Nice to know: We program your ECU so that lambda control and the stock mapping are active in neutral gear. As soon as you shift into 1st gear, our Performance Flash becomes active.

Procedure:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU software optimization for your Yamaha YZF-R1 RN22 (2009–2014) with your desired options.
2. Send your ECU securely packed and insured to us.
3. Once your ECU arrives, it will generally be processed by our technicians within 24 hours (72 hours for Switzerland).
4. Unpack, connect, and ride.

We usually send your control unit back to you with the modified software within 24 hours so that you can reinstall it as soon as possible.
To achieve the stated performance, it is necessary to use an aftermarket rear silencer (Yoshimura, Shark, Akrapovic, Boss, Copra, etc.) and a sports air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, etc.). The control unit will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not visible from the outside.
