FLAWLESS Performance Kit for Husqvarna FE 350 / 450 / 501 2017 to 2026

When developing our FLAWLESS Performance Kit for your Husqvarna FE 2017 to 2026, the primary goal was always to create a product that allows you to get the maximum rideability and performance improvement from your Husqvarna FE 501 with the least possible effort.
We achieved this goal through our proprietary design of an intake in conjunction with an MWR sports mushroom air filter:

– With our FLAWLESS Performance Kit, we increase the peak power of your FE 501 by almost 7 to 8 hp – in conjunction with our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash. Additionally, you will have a significantly longer power plateau, so the power is usable for a much longer time.
– Significantly more homogeneous power band across the entire rev range – the riding experience is significantly enhanced, more powerful, and sportier.

Notes and Disclaimer

The FLAWLESS Performance Kit is manufactured using the FDM process from TPU. The choice of material guarantees the necessary temperature resistance as well as resistance to oils and petrol. TPU is a UV and weather-resistant material.

We point out that the FLAWLESS Performance Kit changes the fuel mixture formation of the motorcycle. During our development work, the mixture did not reach dangerous AFR values even without ECU adjustment. However, we cannot guarantee this, especially in combination with other modifications. We therefore always strongly recommend an ECU adjustment by FLAWLESS Industries or another specialist workshop.

We expressly point out that with our products (unless explicitly stated otherwise), the operating license of the vehicle expires and the vehicle may no longer be driven on public roads according to the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVO). After installation, an operating license according to §21 StVZO for the entire vehicle must be applied for. If this obligation is not complied with, FLAWLESS Industries expressly assumes no liability for any fines, administrative offenses, impoundments, as well as criminal charges or similar. All products (unless expressly marked otherwise) are not permitted in the scope of the StVZO and are exclusively intended for use in motorsport, on closed tracks or terrains.

Vehicles do not automatically receive a full guarantee and/or warranty through our products. The warranty always refers only to the respective product itself, not to other vehicle parts (such as engine, transmission, turbocharger, etc.).
