Kawasaki Z H2 Tuning 2020 to 2022 – what the Performance Flash achieves
The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash replaces the stock software in the original Kawasaki Z H2 engine control unit for model years 2020 to 2022. Injection, ignition, lambda control, and throttle valve mapping are all adjusted – resulting in a power increase from 200 to 240 hp and from 135 to 146 Nm, without any additional hardware on the motorcycle.
Unlike piggyback modules or auxiliary control units, we intervene directly in the stock software. The optimization remains invisible from the outside, and the ECU is neither opened nor damaged.
We tune every piece of software individually to your motorcycle and the hardware actually installed. If desired, it can be combined with a map switch via the ride mode menu, a lowered fan temperature, the removal of the Vmax limiter, and an individually configured fuel cut for pops & bangs.

Power increase for the Kawasaki Z H2
We write the tuning software individually for your Kawasaki Z H2 and adjust the mapping to the hardware installed on your motorcycle.
With this, we increase power from 200 to 240 hp and torque from 135 to 146 Nm.
Beyond the pure power gain, we primarily improve power delivery. The Z H2 accelerates more smoothly and consistently, and overall reacts more directly to throttle inputs.
The typical low-speed jerkiness of the Z H2 is also significantly reduced or eliminated by the optimized maps.
Removing the restrictor from 11,000 rpm
As standard, the power of your Z H2 is electronically limited in the upper RPM range from 11,000 rpm.
We remove this restriction. In this RPM range, we achieve up to 85 hp more power and 50 Nm more torque compared to the stock configuration.
Optimized injection and AFR values for the Kawasaki Z H2
As part of the Kawasaki Z H2 ECU tuning, we also adjust the injection maps. This brings your Z H2's air-fuel ratio (AFR) values into a range optimized for your specific setup.
In addition to improved rideability, thermal stress can also be reduced. The adjusted mixture preparation results in lower exhaust gas temperatures, which particularly relieves thermal stress on the exhaust valves and cylinder heads.
Map switch via the ride mode menu
You can switch between two mappings using the ride mode menu on your Kawasaki Z H2.
In Sport ride mode, the full FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all requested features is available to you, while the stock mapping remains in the other ride modes.
This gives you direct access to both characteristics using your Z H2's standard controls – without having to stop or make any physical changes.
Optimizing the Kawasaki Z H2 fan temperature
Upon request, we lower both the fan's switch-on and switch-off temperatures by approx. 4 °C each.
This ensures that active cooling starts sooner and runs longer. Your Z H2 stays more reliably in its optimal temperature window, even during very spirited riding, high ambient temperatures, or in city traffic.
Removing the Kawasaki Z H2 Vmax limit
As standard, the top speed of your Z H2 is electronically limited.
We can remove this top-speed limit upon request so that acceleration does not cut off prematurely.
Pops & Bangs and decel pops on the Kawasaki Z H2
We adjust the fuel cut-off of your Kawasaki Z H2 individually to your wishes and the installed setup – from subtle exhaust burble to clearly audible pops and bangs.
Important: disconnect the lambda sensor

No additional control unit is installed on the motorcycle for the software optimization. We program your original ECU. The control unit is not opened or damaged during this process and remains unchanged from the outside.
