With the FLAWLESS ECU flash, you get a genuine KTM 1390 Super Adventure performance upgrade: the performance flash replaces the stock software in the original ECU of the KTM 1390 Super Adventure S for model years 2025 and later. Injection, ignition, lambda control, and throttle valve mapping are all adjusted, resulting in around +6 hp more power and +12 Nm more torque at 5,500 rpm, without any additional hardware on the motorcycle.
Unlike piggyback modules or auxiliary control units, we intervene directly in the stock software. The optimization remains invisible from the outside, the ECU software number does not change, and KTM diagnostic testers can still be used without restriction.

As part of the KTM 1390 Super Adventure S performance upgrade via ECU flash, we also adjust the injection maps. This ensures the air-fuel ratio (AFR) values of your 1390 Super Adventure S are in the optimal range for the respective setup.

For the specified performance upgrade, yes – for the 1390 Super Adventure S, an aftermarket slip-on muffler and a sport air filter are required. The other optimization features are available to you even with stock hardware.
Does the optimization also work with a catalytic converter?
Yes. The performance upgrade and optimized injection maps are also possible with a catalytic converter. However, regarding the fuel cut-off (pops & bangs), only overrun burble is possible with a catalytic converter, not full pops & bangs.
Is the software tuned to my exhaust system?

Can I still use a KTM tester?
Yes. KTM diagnostic testers continue to work without restriction, as the software number of the ECU remains unchanged.
