With the FLAWLESS ECU flash, you get a real KTM 1390 Super Adventure performance boost: The performance flash replaces the factory software in the original KTM 1390 Super Adventure S Evo ECU for model years 2025 and later. The injection, ignition, lambda control, throttle valve map, and AMT gearbox control are all adjusted – resulting in approximately +6 hp more power, +12 Nm more torque at 5,500 rpm, and significantly faster and more precise AMT shifting, without any additional hardware on the motorcycle.

Unlike piggyback modules or auxiliary control units, we intervene directly in the factory software. The optimization remains invisible from the outside, the ECU's software number does not change, and KTM diagnostic testers remain fully usable.

We tune each software individually to your motorcycle and the hardware actually installed. AMT optimization via ECU flash for the KTM 1390 Super Adventure S Evo

With the 1390 Super Adventure S Evo, KTM has introduced the new Automated Manual Transmission (AMT). As part of the KTM 1390 Super Adventure ECU flash performance upgrade, we have also completely optimized the transmission control.

As a result, the AMT shifts significantly faster and more precisely. In automatic mode, the shift points are better set and feel much better suited to the engine's power delivery.

True manual mode – no electronic intervention

As standard, the AMT shifts independently even in manual mode: At 9,200 rpm, it automatically shifts into the next gear – whether you want it to or not.

With our performance flash, the transmission in manual mode shifts only when you operate the gear lever or the handlebar shift buttons. You determine the shift point – not the electronics.

Inverting handlebar shift buttons

Not happy with the stock assignment of the shift buttons? Upon request, we can swap the up/down shift buttons so you can shift intuitively according to your preferred logic.

KTM 1390 Super Adventure touch-display warning disabled via ECU flash

By default, a warning message regarding touch-display operation appears on the dashboard of your 1390 Super Adventure S Evo at every start, which you must confirm.

As a small comfort feature, we have disabled this message with our performance flash – ignition on, start, and ride.

ECU Flash: Optimized injection and AFR values for the KTM 1390 Super Adventure S Evo

As part of the KTM 1390 Super Adventure S Evo ECU flash performance upgrade, we also adjust the injection maps. This brings the Air-Fuel-Ratio (AFR) values of your 1390 Super Adventure S Evo into an optimal range for your specific setup.

At the same time, this provides thermal relief for the exhaust valves and cylinder heads, as exhaust gas temperatures drop due to the adjusted mixture preparation.

Linear Throttle for the KTM 1390 Super Adventure S Evo

Not satisfied with the current response? Upon request, we can program your throttle handle curve 1:1 to the throttle valve curve. In this case, 50% throttle handle position corresponds exactly to 50% throttle valve position.

Give your KTM 1390 Super Adventure S Evo the final acoustic touch. We configure the fuel cut individually to your wishes and the installed setup – from subtle burbles to clearly audible pops.

Yes, upon request we remove the top-speed limit so that the acceleration does not stop prematurely.

Can the immobilizer be deactivated?

Yes. For use on the racetrack or off-road, we can deactivate the immobilizer so that your 1390 Super Adventure S Evo can be started without an ignition key.

What does Linear Throttle do?

It maps the throttle handle curve 1:1 to the throttle valve position. 50% throttle handle therefore means exactly 50% throttle valve position, which makes the response more direct and easier to modulate.

Do I need a sport exhaust or sport air filter for the KTM 1390 Super Adventure performance upgrade?

For the specified performance increase, yes – for the 1390 Super Adventure S Evo, an accessory rear silencer and a sports air filter are required for this. The other functions of the optimization, including the AMT optimization, are also available to you with standard hardware.

Does the optimization also work with a catalytic converter?

Yes. The performance increase and the optimized injection maps are also possible with a catalytic converter. However, with the deceleration fuel cutoff, only a gentle burble can be achieved with a catalytic converter, not backfire.

Will the software be tuned to my exhaust system?
