• Power Increase: We individually write and optimize tuning software for your KTM 1390 SuperDuke R, adapting it to your installed hardware. This achieves an additional power output of approximately 7 to 9 HP. In addition to increased power, our FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash improves rideability: the power delivery of your 1390 SuperDuke R becomes significantly more homogeneous and smoother. The annoying constant throttle surging of your KTM also completely disappears after the ECU optimization, providing a significant improvement in rideability. Furthermore, our power increase eliminates the well-known torque dip of your KTM at approximately 4500 rpm, giving you an additional 15 to 18 NM of torque in this range. We also adjust the injection maps so that the air-fuel ratio values of your 1390 SuperDuke R are now in the optimal range. This also leads to thermal relief of the exhaust valves and cylinder heads due to the resulting lower exhaust gas temperatures.

• Exhaust Flap Control: Do you want to hear more from your KTM 1390 SuperDuke R? Upon request, we can open the flap permanently so you not only feel, but also hear the increased power. You can set the flap to the riding modes of your KTM 1390 SuperDuke R, allowing you to switch between open and closed at any time. • Gear Limiter: Even more pull in gears 1 to 4 and gear 6! We remove the power limitation in the respective gears of your KTM 1390 SuperDuke R, so you have even more power and pull available. For ultimate riding pleasure!

With this option, you can switch between the 2 mappings in the riding modes menu of your KTM 1390 SuperDuke R, so you have the stock mapping on the Rain-Map / Street-Map and the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash with all desired functions on the Sport-Map / Track-Map / Performance-Map!

• Engine Brake: You're not 100% happy with the drag torque when you let off the throttle? We'll adjust it to your wishes so you can ride your KTM 1390 SuperDuke R even more smoothly and controllably.

• Pops and Bangs: Give your KTM 1390 SuperDuke R the final acoustic touch. Through our optimization, we can individually configure the overrun cut-off to your wishes and the setup installed on your KTM 1390 SuperDuke R, and, if desired, assign it to the respective riding modes. Important – with a catalytic converter configuration, only overrun burbles are possible.

• Top Speed Limit: To ensure that propulsion doesn't stop, we remove the Vmax limitation.

• Immobilizer: Do you ride your SuperDuke on the racetrack? Then we can deactivate the immobilizer so you can start your bike without an ignition lock.

Please state in the comment field at checkout which setup you are running. It is important to specify which rear silencer (SC-Project, Akrapovic, Austin Racing, Remus, …) and which air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, …) you are using, as well as whether you have a catalytic converter installed.

Process:
1. Order the FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash or your ECU Software Optimization for your KTM 1390 SuperDuke R with the desired options.
2. Send your control unit or ECU well-packaged to us (FLAWLESS Industries – Pilatusring 20, 91353 Hausen, Germany)
3. We process the software of your control unit on the day of arrival and usually send it back to you within 24 hours.
4. Unpack, connect, and ride.

We usually send your control unit with the modified software back to you within 24 hours, so you can reinstall it as quickly as possible.
To achieve the specified performance, it is necessary to use an accessory rear silencer (SC-Project, Akrapovic, Austin Racing, Remus, etc.) and a sports air filter (K&N sports air filter, BMC, Rade Garage, etc.). The control unit will not be damaged or opened. The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash is not externally visible. KTM testers function without restrictions. The software number remains unchanged.
