Triumph Street Triple 765 R Tuning 2020–2022 – What the Performance Flash achieves
The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash replaces the stock software in the original ECU of the Triumph Street Triple 765 R for the 2020 to 2022 model years. Injection, ignition, lambda control, and the throttle map are adjusted – this results in approximately 4–5 hp more peak power and a noticeably more direct throttle response, without the need for additional hardware on the motorcycle.
Unlike piggyback modules or auxiliary control units, we intervene directly in the stock software. The optimization remains invisible from the outside, and the ECU is neither opened nor damaged.
We tune each software individually to your motorcycle and the hardware actually installed. Upon request, it can be combined with the FLAWLESS Quickshifter optimization, deactivated fuel cut-off, Linear Throttle, and reduced engine braking – each individually programmable for the Rain, Road, and Sport riding modes.

Performance increase for the Triumph Street Triple 765 R
We write the tuning software individually for your Street Triple 765 R and adapt the maps to the hardware installed on your bike.
Depending on the setup, we achieve an increase in peak power of approx. +4–5 hp and +5 Nm of torque.
Important to know: The stock power of the Street Triple 765 often varies significantly downwards. Our test bike with a catalytic converter achieved only 110 hp on the dyno in stock condition – the manufacturer's figure of 118 hp is frequently not reached in practice. The increase in power therefore always refers to the actual measured stock condition of your motorcycle.
Lambda control of the Street Triple 765 R
We program your Street Triple's lambda control so that it continues to operate normally at idle and is only deactivated once a gear is engaged.
Optimized injection and AFR values of the Street Triple 765 R
As part of the Triumph Street Triple 765 ECU tuning, we also adapt the injection maps. This ensures that your Street Triple's Air-Fuel-Ratio (AFR) values are in an optimized range for the respective setup.
In addition to improved rideability, thermal stress can also be reduced. The adapted fuel mixture results in lower exhaust gas temperatures, which relieves thermal stress, particularly on the exhaust valves and cylinder heads.
FLAWLESS Quickshifter optimization
With the optional FLAWLESS Quickshifter optimization, we recalibrate the quickshifter on your Street Triple 765 R.
The result is faster and cleaner gear changes – both on the road and on the racetrack.
No more excessive interruption times or missed gears. Auto-blipper (downshifting) smoothly optimized.
Linear Throttle for the Street Triple 765 R
With the Linear Throttle option, your Street Triple receives a linear throttle response. Every movement of the throttle grip is converted directly and predictably into torque. This results in significantly better control.
Linear Throttle can be programmed individually for Rain, Road, and Sport riding modes.
Upon request, a short-throw throttle grip with a 60° or 65° rotation angle can also be programmed.
Adjustment of fan temperature
Thermal stress is not good for your motorcycle! The radiator fan normally only turns on at 102°C (215.6°F) coolant temperature. This is significantly too high. We program the ECU so that the radiator fan kicks in at 95°C (203°F).
Adjusting engine braking for the Street Triple 765 R
On request, we reduce the engine braking effect of your Street Triple. The bike runs more freely when off-throttle and handles more calmly and stably when entering corners.
The adjusted engine braking can also be programmed for individual riding modes.
Deactivating the fuel cut-off for the Street Triple 765 R
On request, we deactivate your Street Triple's fuel cut-off – ranging from subtle burbles to clearly audible pops.
You can have the deactivated fuel cut-off programmed for specific riding modes using the configurator.
Important: With a catalytic converter setup, only subtle burbles are possible. Please indicate in your order if your Street Triple has a catalytic converter installed, and we will adjust the configuration accordingly.
Top-Speed Limiter
With this option, we deactivate the factory top speed limiters and all torque limitations in various gears.
Options for track conversions
Do you ride your Street Triple 765 R on the racetrack? For pure track conversions, we can deactivate the following on request:
- the side stand switch
- the secondary air system
- the tank venting
This allows the corresponding components to be removed during conversion without triggering error messages.

No additional hardware necessary
No additional control unit is installed on the bike for the software optimization. Your original ECU is programmed by us. The control unit is not opened or damaged in the process and remains unchanged from the outside.

How much power does the Street Triple 765 R tuning add?
Depending on the hardware installed, we achieve approx. +6–7 hp at the peak. Since the stock power of the Street Triple 765 often varies significantly downwards, the increase always refers to the actual measured stock condition of your motorcycle.
Why does my Street Triple have less than 118 hp stock?
Stock power varies noticeably on this model. Our test motorcycle with a catalytic converter reached only 113 hp on the dyno in stock condition. If the catalytic converter is removed, significantly higher power figures can be achieved.
How does the adjusted lambda control work?
The lambda control remains active at idle and is deactivated as soon as a gear is engaged. This allows exhaust values to be maintained at idle, while the optimized mixture is used during riding without intervention from the control system.
What does the FLAWLESS Quickshifter optimization do?
We recalibrate the quickshifter. This ensures faster and cleaner gear changes.
Can I set fuel cut-off, Linear Throttle, and engine braking per riding mode?
Yes. All three options can be programmed individually for the Rain, Road, and Sport riding modes.
What can be deactivated for a track conversion?
On request, we deactivate the side stand switch, the secondary air system, and the tank venting.
Is the software tuned to my exhaust system?
Yes. We take the installed slip-on, air filter, catalytic converter, and other relevant modifications into account during tuning. Please provide these details in the comment field of your order.
Does the optimization work with a catalytic converter?
Yes. The power increase and optimized injection maps are also possible with a catalytic converter. However, if the fuel cut-off is deactivated, only subtle burbles are possible with a catalytic converter, not loud popping.
Does the ECU need to be opened for programming?
No. The ECU is not opened or damaged during programming. The optimization is also not recognizable from the outside.
How long does the processing take?
Once your ECU is received, processing typically occurs within 24 hours. For shipments from Switzerland, the processing time is usually 24 to 72 hours.
