Triumph Street Triple 765 RS Tuning 2020–2022 – What the Performance Flash achieves
The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash replaces the stock software in the original Triumph Street Triple 765 RS ECU for model years 2020 to 2022. We adjust injection, ignition, lambda control, and throttle maps – resulting in approximately 6–7 hp more peak power and noticeably more direct throttle response, without any additional hardware on the motorcycle.
Unlike piggyback modules or auxiliary control units, we intervene directly in the stock software. The optimization remains invisible from the outside, and the ECU is neither opened nor damaged.
We tailor each software individually to your motorcycle and the hardware actually installed. Upon request, this can be combined with FLAWLESS Quickshifter optimization, deactivated fuel cut-off, Linear Throttle, and reduced engine braking – each programmable individually for the Rain, Road, Sport, Track, and Rider riding modes.

Performance increase for the Triumph Street Triple 765 RS
We write the tuning software individually for your Street Triple 765 RS and adapt the maps to the hardware installed on your motorcycle.
Depending on the setup, this achieves a power increase of approx. +6–7 hp at the peak and +5 Nm of torque.
Important to note: The stock power of the Street Triple 765 often varies significantly lower. Our test bike with the catalytic converter installed reached only 113 hp on the dyno as standard – the manufacturer's specification of 123 hp is often not achieved in practice. The performance increase therefore always refers to the actual measured stock condition of your motorcycle.
Lambda control of the Street Triple 765 RS
We program the lambda control of your Street Triple so that it continues to operate normally at idle and is only deactivated as soon as a gear is engaged.
Optimized injection and AFR values of the Street Triple 765 RS
As part of the Triumph Street Triple 765 ECU tuning, we also adjust the injection maps. This ensures that your Street Triple's air-fuel ratio (AFR) values remain in a range optimized for your specific setup.
In addition to improved rideability, this can also reduce thermal stress. The adjusted mixture preparation results in lower exhaust gas temperatures, which particularly relieves the thermal load on the exhaust valves and cylinder heads.
FLAWLESS Quickshifter optimization
With the optional FLAWLESS Quickshifter optimization, we recalibrate your Street Triple 765 RS’s quickshifter.
The result is faster and cleaner gear shifts – on the road as well as on the track.
No more excessive interruption times or false neutrals. Auto-blipper (downshifting) is cleanly optimized.
Linear Throttle for the Street Triple 765 RS
With the Linear Throttle option, your Street Triple receives linear throttle response. Every movement of the throttle grip is directly and predictably converted into torque. This results in significantly better control and modulation.
Linear Throttle can be individually programmed for the Rain, Road, Sport, Track, and Rider riding modes.
Upon request, we can also program a short-throw throttle (60° or 65° rotation angle).
Adjustment of cooling fan temperature
Thermal stress is bad for your motorcycle! The radiator fan normally only kicks in at 102°C coolant temperature. This is significantly too high. We program the ECU so that the radiator fan switches on at 95°C.
Adjusting the engine braking of the Street Triple 765 RS
Upon request, we reduce the engine braking effect of your Street Triple. The motorcycle rolls more freely when you let off the throttle, making it calmer and more stable at the entrance to a corner.
The adjusted engine braking can also be programmed for individual riding modes.
Deactivating the fuel cut-off of the Street Triple 765 RS
Upon request, we can deactivate your Street Triple's fuel cut-off – ranging from subtle burbles to distinctly audible pops and bangs.
You can have the deactivated fuel cut-off programmed for specific riding modes in the configurator.
Important: With a setup including a catalytic converter, only burbles are possible. Please indicate when ordering whether a cat is installed on your Street Triple so we can adjust the configuration accordingly.
Top-speed limiter
With this option, we deactivate the factory top-speed limiters as well as all torque limitations in various gears.
Options for track builds
Do you ride your Street Triple 765 RS on the racetrack? For pure track builds, we can deactivate the following upon request:
- side stand switch
- secondary air system
- tank ventilation
This allows the corresponding components to be removed during conversion without causing error messages.

No additional hardware necessary
For the software optimization, no additional control unit is installed on the motorcycle. Your original ECU is programmed by us. The control unit is not opened or damaged and remains unchanged on the outside.

Can I set fuel cut-off, Linear Throttle, and engine braking per riding mode?
Yes. All three options can be programmed individually for the Rain, Road, Sport, Track, and Rider riding modes.
What can be deactivated for a track build?
Upon request, we can deactivate the side stand switch, the secondary air system, and the tank ventilation.
Is the software adapted to my exhaust system?
Yes. During calibration, we take into account the installed silencer, air filter, catalytic converter, and other relevant modifications. Please provide these details in the comment field of your order.
Does the optimization work with a catalytic converter?
Yes. The performance increase and the optimized injection maps are also possible with a catalytic converter. However, with the fuel cut-off deactivated and a catalytic converter present, only burbles can be achieved, not pops and bangs.
Does the ECU need to be opened for programming?
No. The ECU is not opened or damaged during programming. The optimization is also not detectable from the outside.
How long does the processing take?
After your ECU is received, processing generally takes place within 24 hours. For shipments from Switzerland, the processing time is usually 24 to 72 hours.
