Triumph Street Triple 765 RS Tuning 2023–2024 – what the Performance Flash achieves
The FLAWLESS ECU Performance Flash replaces the stock software in the original engine control unit of the Triumph Street Triple 765 RS for model years 2023 and 2024. Adjustments are made to injection, ignition, lambda control, and throttle map – resulting in approximately 6–7 hp more peak power and a noticeably more direct throttle response, without the need for additional hardware on the motorcycle.
Unlike piggyback modules or auxiliary control units, we intervene directly in the stock software. The optimization remains invisible from the outside, and the control unit is neither opened nor damaged.
We tune every software individually to your motorcycle and the hardware actually installed. Upon request, it can be combined with the FLAWLESS quickshifter optimization, deactivated fuel cut-off, linear throttle, and reduced engine braking – each individually programmable for the Rain, Road, Sport, and Track ride modes.

Performance increase for the Triumph Street Triple 765 RS
We write the tuning software individually for your Street Triple 765 RS and adapt the maps to the hardware installed on your motorcycle.
Depending on the setup, we achieve an increase of approx. +6–7 hp in peak power and +5 Nm in torque.
Important to know: The stock power of the Street Triple 765 varies significantly downward. Our test motorcycle with a catalytic converter reached only 113 hp on the dyno as standard – the manufacturer's claim of 130 hp is often not met in practice. The power increase therefore always refers to the actually measured stock condition of your motorcycle.
Lambda control of the Street Triple 765 RS
We program the lambda control of your Street Triple to continue working normally at idle and to be deactivated only once a gear is engaged.
Optimized injection and AFR values for the Street Triple 765 RS
As part of the Triumph Street Triple 765 ECU tuning, we also adjust the injection maps. This ensures that the Air-Fuel Ratio (AFR) values of your Street Triple are in an optimized range for your specific setup.
In addition to improved rideability, thermal load can also be reduced. The adjusted mixture preparation leads to lower exhaust gas temperatures, which can thermally relieve components such as exhaust valves and cylinder heads.
FLAWLESS quickshifter optimization
With the optional FLAWLESS quickshifter optimization, we recalibrate the shift assistant of your Street Triple 765 RS.
The result is faster and cleaner shifts – on the road as well as on the racetrack.
No more excessively long interruption times and no more missed gears. Auto-blipping during downshifts is cleanly optimized.
Linear Throttle for the Street Triple 765 RS
With the Linear Throttle option, your Street Triple receives a linear throttle response. Every movement of the throttle grip is translated directly and predictably into torque. This results in significantly better throttle control.
Linear Throttle can be programmed individually for the Rain, Road, Sport, and Track ride modes.
Upon request, a quick-turn throttle with 60° or 65° rotation angle can also be programmed.
Adjustment of cooling fan temperature
Thermal stress is not good for your motorcycle! The radiator fan normally turns on only at 102° coolant temperature. This is far too high. We program the ECU so that the radiator fan switches on at 95°.
Adjusting engine braking of the Street Triple 765 RS
Upon request, we can reduce the engine braking effect of your Street Triple. The motorcycle rolls more freely when the throttle is closed, making it calmer and more stable when entering corners.
You can also have the adjusted engine braking programmed for individual ride modes.
Deactivating fuel cut-off for the Street Triple 765 RS
Upon request, we can deactivate the fuel cut-off of your Street Triple – ranging from subtle burbles to clearly audible popping.
You can have the deactivated fuel cut-off programmed for specific ride modes in the configurator.
Important: With a setup featuring a catalytic converter, only a subtle burble is possible. Please specify if your Street Triple has a cat installed when ordering, and we will adjust the configuration accordingly.
Top-speed limiter
With this option, we deactivate the factory-set top speed limiter and all torque limitations in various gears.
Options for track builds
Do you use your Street Triple 765 RS on the racetrack? For pure track builds, we can deactivate the following upon request:
- side stand switch
- secondary air system
- tank ventilation
This allows the corresponding components to be removed during conversion without triggering error messages.

No additional control unit is installed on the motorcycle for the software optimization. Your stock ECU is programmed by us. The control unit is not opened or damaged during this process and remains unchanged from the outside.

Does the optimization also work with a catalytic converter?
Yes. Performance increases and optimized injection maps are also possible with a catalytic converter. However, if the fuel cut-off is deactivated while a catalytic converter is installed, only a burble effect is possible, not popping.
Does the control unit need to be opened for programming?
No. The ECU is not opened or damaged during programming. The optimization is also not visible from the outside.
How long does processing take?
After your ECU arrives, processing is usually completed within 24 hours. For shipments from Switzerland, the processing time is usually 24 to 72 hours.
